Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

Cozy apartment of 30 sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can slide down to the bakery. Gräda 200m away and buy something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km cross-country tracks and 15 km mountain trails, ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cabin it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
