Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tecpán Guatemala

Casa Colibri has been our best experience so far!! Beautiful and incredible place, very spacious and exquisite decorated it. Great rest in a quiet place and great views, close to many places and the main street. The private neighborhood brings a perfect peace of mind. The kitchen is big and have everything you need for a family stay.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

We had a great stay! The views were stunning & definitely worth the hike up. The house was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics you need. Communication was great and made the entire trip a very smooth process - from putting us in contact with airport shuttles, boat captains, etc & giving great recommendations. Only note to other travellers is the water pressure is extremely light, so if you have very thick hair you may not be able to wash it with the little pressure. Otherwise 10/10 stay!

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous, it comfortably slept all of us in the 4 large bedrooms. The bathrooms showers had great pressure and heat. Rudy and Maria were fantastic and Attentive to all our needs and made the best meals. The pool was definitely needed and we had a great time enjoying all the lake had to offer. Highly recommend.

Spacious home with incredible views, we all felt at home and comfortable. While slightly out of the tourist core, it was only a short tuk tuk away or a nice stroll into the busy area. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Antigua, the Orotava villas are super nice with a lot of maintenance, the gardens are beautiful.

The place is located in a good area of the city, very easy to access and close to restaurants and hotels. The building has a moderately equipped gym and a small pool just to hang out

It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

Everything about La Casa de Oxkan exceeded our expectations. It was close enough to the action that it was easy to get to and from, but private enough that the lively nature of San Pedro was never intrusive. The home is beautiful in every aspect, and Magdalena was one of the most attentive and responsive hosts I’ve ever stayed with. Not if, but when I return to San Pedro, I will absolutely stay here again.

Great place, very clean, tidy and cozy, I would definitely return; the cabin is beautiful with all the necessary amenities for a moment of peace. The wonderful weather and also the attention of Romelia. Each corner of the cabin was too cute. The tour inside the property is great and reaching the river was great, the aroma of the trees, sunny but with the cold air of Tecpan they made a wonderful coexistence. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An incredible place to get away from the city. Everything is close to the center and many restaurants deliver to your home. Communication with Emily was excellent and the solution and instant response. We will definitely return My daughter was very happy and the place was very nice

A magical, beautiful little hideaway on the lakeshore. I spent two blissful days beside the lake and volcanoes, swimming in clear waters, watching the clouds, and listening to thunderstorms from a cozy bed. But for a bee sting, I could have been dreaming. Quiet, rustic, and splendidly secluded, being here was a gift and a blessing.

Excellent place to spend a few days, very good communication with the hosts, a recommended place to escape the city.

This is our second stay at The Artist's Loft and it was just as peaceful as the first time in 2017. The view is breathtaking and I feel the best view of Lake Atitlan. The house is spacious, sunny and airy. I enjoyed the firm bed. The staff, Dorca, Milka and Nathanael were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed reading on the deck and had almost all our meals there. I became friends with the parrot Victoria and became attached to her. Everytime I saw her she made me laugh. We very much enjoyed our stay.
