Very nice apartment, fully equipped, quiet, with free access to the pools and sauna. Host agreed to late check out. Excellent location of the apartment, near the sea, maganine and restaurants.

Excellent for Beach Vacation in a friendly zone, in very close vicinity to the beach around 3 Min on foot. Ample parking spots, perfect for families with Kids aswell.

Eduard's apartment in Constanta exceeded all our expectations! The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to bathroom essentials, ensuring we felt right at home. Communication with Eduard was smooth and prompt, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Everything was simply perfect, and we highly recommend Eduard's place for anyone visiting Constanta. We felt very comfortable at the place. Beds were very comfortable. However, there were very few outlets. In 5 minutes you will be on the beach and in a supermarket. The yard is particularly cozy,we liked to stay there. We often had visits from cats d, sometimes 4 to 5 at the same time, which did not bother us, but some of them urinated there which was uncomfortable. We would recommend the property.

We had a great experience at this host! The house is very nice and cozy with all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, made us feel at home from the start. I highly recommend this place to all future guests, you will definitely have a great stay!

A great near the beach villa that has all the amenities you may need. Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful view of the sea .The host is very nice and proactive in helping you achieve the most pleasant stay .I will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Adrian's place was fantastic. Everything was in place as the description presented. Very clean, very clear instructions (with pictures) and Adrian was very responsive. Adrian's place and himself deserve a 5/5, but I have to mentione something for people that are coming without a car. The location is hard to reach due to not having a certain public transportation. If you take a bus it will leave you at the last station which is 5 min by car or 40 min by walk which left us stranded at some point cuz we couldn't walk 40 min through sun and no taxi / uber would have taken us due to short distance. In the end we had to take the bus back a couple of stations in order to get an uber that would take us there. So, if you plan to travel without car, make sure to either take an uber from the middle of the city or (we've just discovered) there are some private white buses that would take you closer, but they are not mentioned on google maps. Adrian was great and I know this is outside his power.
