Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tây Hồ

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

The best room I have ever stayed in! All of the home interiors are very clean and modern. The host was very nice, and communicative although I checked in quite late! Certainly come back here! 💯💯💯

This place is pretty and very convinient, just like photos. A worthy experience and definitely coming back one day.

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

Tôi đã “wow” khi tới nhận phòng, vô cùng yên tĩnh, nhiều cây cối cùng ánh sáng tự nhiên. Thiết bị, đồ dùng đều tốt, sạch sẽ cũng như Ann support rất nhiệt tình. Đây sẽ là nơi tôi đặt phòng mỗi khi đến Ha Noi!!!!

The host was very reliable and responsive throughout our stay. The property was also pretty and spacious. It’s in Old Quarter. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Excellent value for money! The place is by the lake. Lots of Vietnamese street food, bars & cafes. Lively, romantic and full of atmosphere. Nice living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Cozy and comfortable. 10-min drive from Old Quarter. If you will cook, you may need a few purchases. My unit only had a bare minimum. Cups, mugs, table spoons and pan were missing. Washing machine on each balcony. On weekends, taxis can’t drop you off at the door — the area becomes pedestrian. There was no Lockbox — the keycard is handed over by a security guard who does not speak English. The place is pet-friendly, but only deep cleaning would completely erase all traces of furry guests, which was not the case. Not all listed amenities are available. I didn't find a bathtub, conditioner, bidet, outdoor shower, toilet paper (only brought the next day), iron, exercise equipment, oil, salt, pepper, oven and rice maker.

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

It was our first vacation at Hanoi and Hung’s place made it a special one (; His place was amazing and Hung’s hospitality was also amazing!

Truly a gem of a find! Huong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her stay was exactly as described. Spotless, comfortable, homey, and that view in the morning (especially) at night, is breathtaking! Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi anytime soon!

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.
