Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Tây Hồ

The room we stayed in was absuletuly great. Very spacious, rustic, huge balcony with a street view. The staff were 10 stars, most of them have an excellent English and they are very caring. They helped us organising our trip to Ha Lonh Bay and gave all the touristic tips about Hanoi. We really love it and certainly recommend it.

Thanks for giving me a ride on the motorcycle to the convention Centre a couple of times Did not have a car to receive me at the airport even when I had pre booked it. Also their estimate of taxi fare is very inaccurate.

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.

I don't need another word. It is a hotel heavily armed with enormous location and kindness from its staff. I'll stay here if I come back. Very kind. Everyone.

Tony is such a lovely person! Amazing with communication, we never had to wait longer then a few minutes for any correspondence. His staff were so kind and helpful! They have us tips and safety advice for exploring the local area. The location is so perfect! Right in the centre of the Old Quarter and in walking distance to everything. Unfortunately we were not able to complete our entire stay due to my partners work schedule, but Tony and his staff were more than accommodating.

Ons verblijf bij Mme Binh was gewoon heerlijk. Ze verwelkomde ons als vrienden en we hebben haar zelden zonder een glimlach gezien. De kamer was heel netjes en huiselijk, het dakterras gewoonweg zalig en wij mochten het wasmachine de hele tijd gebruiken, wat wel eens fijn was na een hele tijd reizen. Onze kinderen waren door het dolle heen, want er waren knuffels en wat extra speelgoed, wij waren blij met de aankomst, het aangename contact met de gastvrouw (geen vraag was haar teveel, haar enthousiasme lijkt elke zuurpruim in een vrolijke peer te kunnen veranderen) en de heel erg leuke buurt. Echt zeer tevreden van ons verblijf! Als we nog eens in Hanoi zijn, komen we met heel veel plezier terug naar hier!

Overall, our group enjoyed the tour. We needed some quiet place to enjoy short time and it was fine and quiet. The Host, Mr Thế, was kind to answer all the questions promptly, so we could prepare according to his answers. The entrance to the resort is not free and you may ask the host about its conditions to enjoy the resort facilities and swimming pool. But we were fine to stay in the villa. Just opposite to this Limdim villa, there is a mart and a coffee shop which we used during our stay. For barbecue, you can communicate with the host in advance for preparing charcoal and solid alcohol for triggering fire.

Our stay at the Matilda Boutique Hotel was fantastic. - The communication in advance was simple and fast. - The location is very central in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. But in the room itself it was incredibly quiet. There was no noise pollution from outside. The room was spotlessly clean and really tastefully decorated. - The breakfast was varied, fresh and of very high quality. - Great service - even on short notice. All in all, one could not be better off at this price. We would go there again any time. I can only warmly recommend it

As other reviews have said: ADDRESS IN AIRBNB IN WRONG! Actual address for Googel maps is: 32 P. Hàng Bè, Hàng Bạc, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội, Vietnam. Also only accessible through a cafe & massage parlour - which was not as bad as it seems as they were hardly ever busy & close at around 7pm. The place is very central to old town, with lots very close by! The room was reasonably clean and had a soft comfy bed. Despite being hard to find the location made up for it and was super good value for money! We enjoyed it for our few nights in Hanoi!

The staff made my dad super comfortable! He still speaks about them!

I love this place! The check-in and check-out are easy and the service is really nice. Everyone is really helpful and nice. I recommend this place for you guys!
