Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στο υπνοδωμάτιο, το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στην σοφίτα που ανεβαίνεις από την σκάλα και το μονό κρεβάτι-καναπές βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι, όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες. Είναι μπροστά στην παραλία του Ταβαρίου. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την παραλία.
