And a setting with a monumental complex consisting of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery, and an Iberian settlement just 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A rural restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

The house has three bedrooms (two doubles and one triple) and two bathrooms. It has a fireplace, electric heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for enjoying a few days of relaxation, and adventure sports (climbing, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding, skiing...)

It is located in the small and quiet village of Basturs (Pallars Jussà), where one of the most important dinosaur sites in Europe is located. Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
