Welcome to Prichsenstadt! As on site hosts we are here offer an easy and memorable visit. The private cottage is located inside our private courtyard with free parking on-site. Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . NO fee for cleaning. Please read info below. We ask that you send us an approx arrival time so we can send you check in details.

Historic Tiny House

This romantic house was built in the 17th century and directly adjoins the city wall of Röttingen. Following its renovation in 2010, the accommodation offers space across 3 floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with a television and dining table. On the first floor, you'll find the bathroom and a bedroom, while the second floor houses another living room with a sofa bed. The building is equipped with a modern gas heating system.

The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are each equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need.
