Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tauber

We had a really great time in the house – it was just everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest - ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Elke’s place felt at home and we loved how she left us a few special gifts that were so welcoming including local wine and protein bars. Elke communication along the way was terrific and helpful. I especially like that she made it so easy with the lockbox and clear instructions. The town was peaceful and a perfect retreat for us between Frankfurt airport and Rothenberg. We especially enjoyed a local meal that was walkable and also welcoming. The house was much larger than we realized with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Elke was very warm and we wish we got a chance to meet her as you can just tell how much she cares about her guests and making everything so comfortable. She is quite thoughtful and helpful. It was just what we needed before departing Germany and a terrific end to our trip.

Can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for an idyllic cottage in the countryside with all the amenities you need, this is it. The hosts were very welcoming and even had the place decorated for Christmas. Close to Rothenburg too.

We were two mountain biking in the Odenwald, for this purpose it was the perfect accommodation. Well located, you are very quickly on beautiful paths and for the bicycles there was more than enough space in the garage. We'll happily come back anytime.

We had a great relaxing few days. The property is perfect for relaxing and has enough space. We had everything we needed. "Whining to a high standard: the bathroom is quite small in relation to the house". The surrounding area is great for hiking and walking.

There were four of us for 5 nights of mountain biking in the accommodation. The location is ideal for starting the diverse MTB routes, including single trails. We also felt very comfortable in the house. Everything is there to take care of yourself. The kitchen and living room are generously sized and communication with Stefanie was great. Thank you, we can recommend the accommodation without restriction

Magical place. Peaceful and very friendly. It was a perfect weekend stay for six adults and two kids.

More of a single-family house (on the 1st & 2nd floor) than an apartment, really great private. Roller shutters allow you to sleep in the dark. An old building, but nicely renovated inside! We felt very comfortable.

I stayed with Timo over the Easter days and feel strengthened after a week-long vacation. The place is very lovingly decorated, there is really nothing missing. In addition, there are details such as the hanging chair, the large cozy sofa and the fireplace with plenty of wood, which simply gives it something special. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and overall simply ultra cozy - with great balcony to the sunny side, also the view fantastic. Communication was wonderfully warm and never intrusive. Somehow I felt like "came home" and honestly only left with a heavy heart because it's just perfect there from the way of life. The surroundings and the possibilities of leisure activities are also great - my tip would be a trip with the solar drain in the nearby Wald-Michelbach, which is really a unique experience.

Astrid was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency, and she went above and beyond to assist me, even accompanying me to the pharmacy since I don’t speak German. What truly touched me was how she checked in on me over the following days—a gesture that showed genuine care. Her home was absolutely lovely: beautifully kept, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. The stunning water views and nearby beer garden added to the charm. While the house was impeccably clean, it’s worth noting there’s no microwave (the oven works just fine!). For groceries, dm and Rewe are about 2km away, easily accessible by bus. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this was by far my best experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I can’t recommend Astrid’s place enough—it’s truly special.

I stayed at the property for three nights with a dog. A totally cute place and yard, something small to discover everywhere, really felt right at home and free. The nice hosts were really very friendly, open and helpful. I recovered wonderfully, if the opportunity arises again I would be happy to come back

Modern, beautiful and very well-equipped apartment...from household paper to hair dryer to coffee, olive oil and salt, everything your heart desires is there. A separate entrance, a cozy little terrace with a view of the greenery and the quiet location complete the feeling of well-being. In addition, friendly hosts and nice and reliable communication with Annika. Perfect! We had a wonderful week - thank you!

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Steffi's house is really wonderful – it's very clean and well maintained, and the balcony is a cozy place to enjoy fresh air and admire the view. Right next to the house there is a beautiful one hour hiking route with magnificent surroundings. Steffi's parents also welcomed us warmly and gave us tips on sights in the nearby villages. In the house you will also find a lot of information about excursion destinations in the surrounding area. An absolutely recommended house – just perfect!

Very nice and bright, spacious in-law. Basic amenities available in the kitchen. Beautiful sanitary rooms. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located house. The surroundings are idyllic and invite you to hike in the vineyards. Everything in the house was clean, well-maintained and perfectly prepared. The check-in was straightforward, so we could arrive directly and enjoy the (short) vacation. Beds are very comfortable, we slept well. The shopping facilities directly on site are also practical - so we were able to take good care of ourselves at any time. The connection to public transport is also great, so we could easily make excursions to the surrounding area. Overall, it was a completely successful stay for us. We can fully recommend the house!

Barbara's place was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place in nature, perfect for unwinding. Plus a really nice house that has been designed with a lot of heart. You can feel it immediately :) Barbara herself is a very warm and helpful host. Communication was absolutely smooth, open and friendly. I can only agree with the positive comments of the others and would come back anytime! ✨🤝🏼

Great place, phenomenal hosts, pristine apartment with all what it takes to have a great time. However, the Belvilla organization did not funnel my requests to the hosts regarding children's bed etc. Fortunately, the hosts were very helpful and took care of it instantaneously.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

S-a-g-e-n-h-a-f-t! Without exaggeration, I never expected anything so beautiful. How brand new, everything fits together. No clipped crockery and pots as usual. No, everything very nice, new and from bathroom to kitchen in the same matching style. And everything was as clean as if it were new. The landlords very nice, accommodating, not a bit intrusive, helpful. You can tell they're having fun. I know this all sounds too good. But check it out for yourself. And amazed I'm not exaggerating. 5 star apartment? Modesty expressed. 10 star luxury apartment. We loved it 🤩
