The flat is very spacious and in a perfect location in Larnaca. Nicolas was very reactive too

I really enjoyed my stay here. The studio is spacious and comfortable, and Leonid and Polina left it really well-equipped for me and perfectly clean. The seafront is very close by, and you can walk along it to get to central Larnaca, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area anyway and a decent supermarket just one block away. I'd happily stay here again!

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Das Apartement war ganz neu und sehr sauber. Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Grün. In der Entfernung sieht man sogar das Meer. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, um herumreisen zu können. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt ebenfalls im Haus in einem eigenen Apartment.

Kendinizi evimizde hissettik ve hiç dönmek istemedik. Anton çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Ev ile ilgili herşeyi bize anlattı ve yardımcı oldu. Kendisine çok sevgi ve selamlar❣️ Site çocuklar ve yalnız gelenler için de çok güvenli. Havuz ve spa dan yararlanmak için mutlaka kayıt yaptırmak ve bileklik almak gerekiyor. Bu konuda çok sıkılar. Kayıt işlemi yoğunluktan dolayı biraz uzun sürebiliyor. Bu yüzden son dakikaya bırakmayın ve önceden bilgilerinizi gönderin. Ayrıca Tatiana’ya jesti için çok teşekkür ederiz. Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse. In 15 Min. ist man an der Promenade von Larnaka. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Tavernen und Galerien. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig, man wird nicht vom Straßenlärm gestört. Internet war schnell und zuverlässig. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war ein Raumbedufter, den ich auf den Balkon verbannen musste, um keine Kopfschmerzen zu bekommen.

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

Ev temiz, bakımlı ve ihtiyacımız olan temel eşyalarla donatılmıştı. .Hem tatil hem de günlük yaşam için rahat ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The apartment was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were there to meet us on arrival and were incredibly helpful, answering any questions we had. Their warm welcome made a great first impression. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Ieva was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.
