I really enjoyed my stay here. The studio is spacious and comfortable, and Leonid and Polina left it really well-equipped for me and perfectly clean. The seafront is very close by, and you can walk along it to get to central Larnaca, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area anyway and a decent supermarket just one block away. I'd happily stay here again!

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The apartment was brand new and very clean. A beautiful little apartment with an amazing view of the greenery. In the distance you can even see the sea. The house is a little secluded and therefore very quiet. You need a rental car to travel around. The landlord is very nice and helpful, also lives in the house in his own apartment.

We felt at home and never wanted to return. Anton was very nice and helpful. She told us everything about the house and was helpful. Lots of love and greetings❣️ The site is also very safe for children and those who come alone. In order to benefit from the pool and spa, it is necessary to register and buy a bracelet. They are very tight with this. The registration process can take a little long due to the intensity. So don't leave it at the last minute and send your information in advance. Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The house is wonderful, flawless, mountain view on one side and sea on the other, I highly recommend it.

The apartment was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were there to meet us on arrival and were incredibly helpful, answering any questions we had. Their warm welcome made a great first impression. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We felt like we were at home. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and the house were clean. The kitchenware could have been cleaner. Everything has been thought of. Clean towels, clean sheets were always available. The location is very nice. We were able to go to Merite in 10 minutes. The apartment is quiet. The price performance is very good. Denis helped us in everything. Thank you very much again for the flexible check-in.

Great communication and great place to stay

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Ieva was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.
