New self-contained studio on owners' property. Great size for 1-2 adults. Situated on a main road so unfortunately not suitable for children. Public transport is infrequent, so a car is advisable. Super fast broadband, TV with Netflix etc. Views of Richmond hills. Bed linen and towels provided. No surcharge for cleaning. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Small private patio. Great location in Hope, 3 minutes from Richmond by car, 25 minutes to Motueka, 20-25 minutes to Nelson
