2 etwas lästige Gegebenheiten vor all dem Lob vorweg: auf harmloses Eisenoxid zurückzuführender Geruch und leichte Rückstände auf Haut und Schmuck des warmen Nutzwassers und gelegentlich stechende und beißende Insekten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tolle Erreichbarkeit von kulturellen Angeboten und Menschenanhäufungen in Tartu bei Bedarf. Großartige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auf allen Kanälen. Für „Besitzer“ von Hunden ohne Jagdtrieb gleicht es einem Paradies. Sauna, Lagerfeuer, Trampolin, Obstpflanzen, Schaukel, Netflix und so weiter waren uns willkommene Abwechslungen - hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Gesamtausstattung. Traumhafter See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wohnhaus bietet unglaublich viel Raum für mehr als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde - nächstes Jahr planen wir, mit mehreren Personen wieder dort zu weilen. Den Kontakt zu Personen, die dafür Sorge tragen, das Grundstück in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand zu halten, haben wir als sehr kommunikativ und bereichernd empfunden.

Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt, hätten wir verlängert. Das sagt wohl alles. Risto ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber. Der Garten ist Hunde sicher eingezäunt und hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage ist klasse. Der Badesee in Nöo ist auch super. Tartu und Elva sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

I lived here for four months and LOVED it— the house is beautiful and nice and warm in the winter, the area is amazing and the yard is SO beautiful! Siim was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Mukava huoneisto. Helppo sisäänpääsy ja rauhallinen ympäristö.

The place was as advertised! It had pretty much everything you need for a couple of nights stay. The place has its own patio which is a big plus. Neighbours were quiet and communication with host was quick and easy. Location was a bit far from the centre and the neighborhood it’s in doesn’t have places to eat, so keep that in mind! It’s pretty close to the National Musem though, which is good.

Todellakin hintansa arvoinen ja ylitti odotukset! Miellyttävä rauhallinen alue, jolla ihanat kävelymaastot ja isot ruokakaupat lähellä. Huoneisto pieni, mutta erittäin puhdas, siisti ja raikas, ja kaikki luvatut mukavuudet löytyivät :) Sisäänpääsy helppoa koodilla, ja ohjeet selvät. Suosittelen, ja käytän varmasti toistekin!

Majutus oli väga super, suureks plussiks oli ka see, et parkimiskoht oli olemas. Puudust tundsime natuke telekast. Saunaga läks 2.5h enne kui see soojaks läks.

Супер апартаменты. Всё новое, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Очень чисто и уютно.Местоположение очень комфортное- недалеко до торгового центра и до старого города. В квартире есть всё, начиная с бокалов и духовки и заканчивая посудомоечной машиной и хлопьями для завтрака. Цена просто бомба- приехали на концерт на два дня и изначально нашли апартаменты в два раза дороже ,а потом наткнулись на эти и остались очень довольны. Рекомендую всем

My experience has been very positive. The apartment was clean, modern and well-maintained. It's a quiet neighborhood. All in all, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place to stay.

Estuvimos 3 meses y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo para estar unos días de vacaciones, pero también para vivir durante periodos más largos. Estuvimos desde septiembre a diciembre, incluyendo días de mucho frío, y jamás pasamos frío en este apartamento. Está totalmente renovado, tiene buena eficiencia energética y la calefacción está presente en todas las habitaciones (incluyendo suelo radiante en el baño). Por otro lado, la comodidad es genial, y eso incluye la cama y los sofás. También dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir y para estar como en casa. En cuanto a la zona, no puede ser mejor. Un barrio tranquilo, precioso y a 10 minutos del centro andando. Elegiría este apartamento 1000 veces más 😉

Beautiful apartment in quiet area. There is everything you need for stay. Flexible and easy check-in, friendly hosts. Walking distance from National Museum and next to the building is playground for kids. Saved this place for future when we go to Tartu again.

Cosy. The first word that comes in mind, remembering our stay. Spacious, bright with lots of light throug huge windows. Well equipped kitchen, with all the needed devices from espresso macine (with quality coffee included) to dish washer. All the pots and pans an utensils. Huge balcony. Safe parking. Sauna and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful host. Las but not least was Hermiine the tortoise. It was first warm days of spring during our stay and we were able to let her go sunbathing on the balcony. She was so active and curious, discovering every corner of the balcony and of course our toes. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Tartu.

Anti, what a peaceful place you have! It was pleasantly cool on those hot summer days, making it a nice and cozy retreat. The location is fantastic - everything is within walking distance, and your traditional Estonian house beautifully reflects its history and the surrounding area. We appreciated the free parking space and the proximity to the old town. The unique apartment was a gem, and we were thrilled to find that the description was very accurate - exactly what we were expecting. A special thank you for preparing firewood for a lovely evening gathering; it really added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Antis' apartment!

This is really one of the best places I've stayed in years. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience of staying at the apartment even better. The apartment and also its design choices (from kitchen plates to furniture) were really attractive. The apartment felt cozy but also modern and beautiful. My stay was long -- an entire month -- and so I really appreciated that the kitchen really had everything I needed to also cook and bake for myself over the month. Thus, I appreciated that the owners had clearly put a lot of thought into not only how the apartment would be decorated, but also that a person staying there could feel at home and would have all the things they needed to live there as if it were their own home. This is a wonderful place to stay and I give it my highest recommendation. Stay here and you definitely be as delighted as I was!

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.
