Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tartu City

2 etwas lästige Gegebenheiten vor all dem Lob vorweg: auf harmloses Eisenoxid zurückzuführender Geruch und leichte Rückstände auf Haut und Schmuck des warmen Nutzwassers und gelegentlich stechende und beißende Insekten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tolle Erreichbarkeit von kulturellen Angeboten und Menschenanhäufungen in Tartu bei Bedarf. Großartige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auf allen Kanälen. Für „Besitzer“ von Hunden ohne Jagdtrieb gleicht es einem Paradies. Sauna, Lagerfeuer, Trampolin, Obstpflanzen, Schaukel, Netflix und so weiter waren uns willkommene Abwechslungen - hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Gesamtausstattung. Traumhafter See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wohnhaus bietet unglaublich viel Raum für mehr als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde - nächstes Jahr planen wir, mit mehreren Personen wieder dort zu weilen. Den Kontakt zu Personen, die dafür Sorge tragen, das Grundstück in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand zu halten, haben wir als sehr kommunikativ und bereichernd empfunden.

Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

We were on a little road trip with my two boys and needed a pit stop near Tartu. Didn't have high hopes, just needed a roof and some beds. What we got was an unexpected gem. The pool table first caught our attention in the listing — but once we arrived, it was clear this place had way more in store: tons of space, grill house, basketball hoop, huge TV, and a sound system that could host a mini concert. The boys claimed the two queen-size beds like royalty, while I got some solid shut-eye in the master bedroom. The cherry on top? If you’re into horses — like, really into horses — this might just be your spiritual home. Would absolutely stay again. Great vibes, great setup, and enough space to survive a road trip with kids. 10/10.

Very nice place! We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and lovely terrace/yard! We visited with a dog and 7 people.

Everything was exactly as promised. Kalmar gave us the key to the house, he was very friendly and polite man with a good sense of humor!

Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt, hätten wir verlängert. Das sagt wohl alles. Risto ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber. Der Garten ist Hunde sicher eingezäunt und hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage ist klasse. Der Badesee in Nöo ist auch super. Tartu und Elva sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Viss bija tieši tā kā norādīts dzīvokļa aprakstā. Teicama vieta īstermiņa palikšanai. Dzīvoklis atrodas ļoti tuvu Tartu vecpilsētai.

Korter sobib suurepäraselt ka pikemaks peatumiseks, kuna absoluutselt kõik vajalik on olemas. Tegelikkus vastab piltidele ja kirjeldusele: korter on ilus, mugav ja puhas. Kõik juhised on ääretult põhjalikud, see teeb külastuse lihtsaks ja sujuvaks. Kristel vastab alati väga kiiresti, on uskumatult abivalmis, viisakas ja tore võõrustaja.

Seekordne külastaja oli minu tütar, kes tegi sisseastumiskatseid gümnaasiumisse. Ta jäi väga rahule korteri asukoha ja kõige muuga. Me ei broneerinud esmakordselt.

Very beautiful and cosy apartment. Everything was nice and clean. Clear guidelines and communication from the hostess. Ale Coq brewery was a big bonus :)

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertige ausgestattet. Alles was man sich wünscht war da! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage + Fahrstuhl ins Apartment. ...einfach wunderschön!! frische Blumen/Pflanzen runden das Gesamtbild ab! Wir waren begeistert❤️ Gegenüber ist der Botanische Garten.

Maritas place was cosy and fitted exactly to our needs. Huge plus points from us a there was toys for kids and playground not so far from apartment. We loved our stay

Super apartament, kõik vajalik oli olemas, korter oli puhas ja voodi oli ekstra pehme ja mõnus. Asukoht oli vaikses rajoonis. Majutaja oli kohe olemas, kui oli mõni mure või küsimus. Väga soovitan antud korterit ja majutajat:)

The apartment was stunning—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The view was amazing, and the balcony was a real highlight! This was the most well-equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in; it had everything we needed, and the kitchen tools, in particular, were of excellent quality. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything go smoothly. Highly recommended!

Все прошло очень хорошо. Жилье замечательное, очень чисто и есть все необходимое. Легко попасть. Магазин в 1 мин ходьбы. Мы хорошо там отдохнули.

By far one of the best AirBnB apartments we stayed in. Very comfortable, spacious, very good beds, plenty of spaces to work, read, and rest. Bathroom has a big shower and a laundry & dryer machine (which was necessary given the rainy days we had). Perfect breakfast place at 50 meter walk on the corner and many bars and restaurants at the end of the street, near the old town hall square. To the city center it's 15 min walk and to the Delta Management School it's 7 minutes walk. Marge responds at the speed of light and is very kind. Note that, even if you do not arrive by car, your first entry is via the car park access and subsequently you enter and exit via the door to the street. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator, so a bit of suitcase exercise is required.

Suurepärane asukoht ja ööbimist koht.

Stylish and cosy loft in the very heart of the old town. Despite of the proximity to the center of Tartu nightlife, still very quiet and private. There’s no proper bed per se but the mattress was very soft so we didn’t have problems with it. Keep in mind that the stairs to the sleeping floor doesn’t have child protection. Loved it, would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house on what I consider one of the nicest streets in Tartu! Apartment is well equipped and is definetly a good choice!
