The apartment has one double bed and a sofa where you can also sleep if needed. The living room has a cozy fireplace for dark winter evenings. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. There are deckchairs outside to enjoy the beauty of the garden and a cup of coffee. Possibility of private parking right next to the house.

Beautiful private cabin near Tartu

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

You find the place hidden from the main street, right on the edge of Tartu biggest park, Toomemägi (Toome Hill). The house is surrounded by two churches and it takes a short picturesque walk from Raekoja plats/Town Hall. The place is spacious, light and quiet with lots of house plants and the fireplace in the living room. You can also light candles and relax in the bath while listening vinyl record player with a selection of Estonian music. Fast WiFi (100Mbps with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz standards).

The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

The apartment has bedding, a washing machine, and basic kitchen utensils. Free parking around the house. Grocery stores 3 minutes away.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
