The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Perfect experience at the beach house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was simply wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and very well organized. From the moment of arrival, it was clear the care and attention to detail that the hosts have. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned with ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! A special thank you to Lene, along with Willian, made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. They are people we invite to join our table. Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Very good house, next to the main beaches. Roberto always request to respond to our messages. The house also has an administrator, Samuel, very kind and diligent. Our trip was family, everyone liked the house. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

Incredible stay! The house is beautiful, the living room and terrace have a superb view, the pool downstairs with the seating area is super nice for large groups. Thais is very nice and the communication was exemplary! I highly recommend Rozana's service for meal preparation and cleaning, it's a plus that makes all the difference!

I always go to Búzios and try to have a little privacy and independence in getting in and out of the accommodation. Not being disturbed all the time for me has become a matter of mental health. Staying on the property was excellent in that sense for me. The security and silence was flawless. There's a tank for those who want to wash some piece of clothes. The space is well located. Thank you. There is a restaurant next door with good food. There are also other nearby shops at fair prices. If you go on Thursday, there is the peri-urban fair that is very close with live music. In addition, it was all very quiet.

the apartment is excellent. The unbeatable area steps from the pedestrian. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, everything walking. The apartment is very comfortable, both for sleeping, cooking, bathing, being outside, everything is a 10. It would come back more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio super attentive for everything. I highly recommend it.

Excellent house , very equipped , has what a traveler needs , comfort , all the electromesitics that one needs on a trip , super equipped , the tableware of the highest quality and abundance, there are recreational elements for the beach , the house is very beautiful comfortable in a very beautiful, quiet and safe area...Warm.. We were staying with my family (2 adults with 2 children aged 4 and 1), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin meets everything reported by the host (whom we thank for their continued willingness to answer our inquiries), and its location is easily accessible by pedestrian (Buzios has a quite diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to scattering spots. Nearby there are all kinds of options to eat and shop, etc., and if you need transfers, it also has public transport 100 meters away. The stay was amazing! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, quickly responded to every message, and was always available to ask questions. A special highlight goes to the service of the chef, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
