We completely enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about coming back to this sweet little spot! It’s the perfect location. Very doable walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. The beach wagons that were available for use made the walk to the beach super easy. Never had to worry about parking! It’s the perfect spot for a quick two person getaway. Very affordable and accommodating! Eric was very helpful and even informed us we could check in earlier on our arrival day which was a blessing!

Very close to the beach! Only unit 2 and 3 has beach views and units 1 and 4 faces Gulf blvd. So if that matters to you then please note. It didn’t not matter to us at all as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient spot to enjoy the beach in a very clean building. The windows and doors are newer and insulate the street noise. Overall recommend!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the location. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The amenities that Anna provided were an added bonus...the beach chairs, cooler, etc. We lucked out when we found this Airbnb! Thanks so much Anna!

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

A Hidden Gem by the Beach – Perfect for Families! I wanted to surprise my family visiting from Texas with a beach getaway, and discovering Mrs. Nicole’s home was truly the highlight of our trip. It couldn’t have been in a more perfect location—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The home itself was charming, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Nicole thought of everything—from an abundance of fresh towels to a fully stocked kitchen that made me feel right at home. One of the best perks? A beach buggy ready to load up with all your supplies—no more lugging chairs and bags in the sun! My mom, who has difficulty walking long distances, especially appreciated how easy and quick the walk to the beach was. She had no complaints at all—which says a lot! If you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient, and family-friendly place by the ocean, I highly recommend Nicole’s home. It’s absolutely worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the 3 rd year we have stayed. Conveniently located but quiet. People are very nice whether they are owners or guest. Nate gets back to you within minutes. I would rent from him again.

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

Our stay was really great. The house was comfortable and clean. The beach was so close and easy to get to. The pool was perfect and had lots of toys and things to play with. We loved the corn hole and shuffle board. Grace took excellent care of us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was great!We used the kayaks several times.The view was great ! House was clean and the hosts were super helpful. A very relaxing fun time was had by all members of our group of 6.The guys even saw some sea turtles and dolphins on their kayak trip out to the little island!

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. Cutest little A-frame on a quiet, serene river front setting. Very peaceful to sit and watch nature or go kayaking on the river. Easy access to the house as well as other amenities on property. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Great place to stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo during my vacation, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The condo is ideally situated just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it perfect for relaxing evenings. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the condo impeccably clean. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining their space. Fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and a well-organized kitchen made us feel right at home. The condo is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated the coffee maker for our morning brews! The living area was spacious and comfortable, with a smart TV that allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows after a long day of exploring.The hosts were fantastic! They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank You again!

We just wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary and this was the perfect choice. walking distance to the beach and several bars and restaurants. parking is hit or miss and can be expensive so this was very appreciated. very clean and cozy. really enjoyed ourselves. hope to be back for longer in the future.

This property was great for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the layout for hanging out together for the day but then great for portions of the party to go to bed while others were still up. Outside furniture was great for relaxing out of the sun. Pool was very warm.
