Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private bathing ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The subway is just 300 meters from the apartment, with it you can get to Kongens Nytorv in just 5 minutes. The garden is private and here you can sit and new dinner in peace. There is a Sage espresso machine for free use during the stay, and there are fresh beans ready. There is one bedroom and the possibility of making up a brand new sofa bed in the living rooms

Welcome to my wonderful apartment near the center (15 minutes walk) and located by the Copenhagen waterfront (5 minutes walk). It's is super quiet and comfy, full of plants, and you'll feel right at home. I live in my own personal favorite part of Copenhagen, which has the best of all worlds, city center, water front, big nature park 10 minutes away, quiet, great cafes and coffee. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world. I am a bit of a travel nut myself. I love art and paintings.
