Luxury apartment surrounded by water. This unique home has its very own style. Super modern construction with rooftop terrace and private boat space. The apartment has 3 floors distributed with kitchen, living room, toilet and entrance hall on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor and a fantastic rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking houseboats and green surroundings. It's easy to get around the city with Metro, water bus, and public transportation right at your fingertips. Indoor parking space can be purchased. You'll love the space and the space.

Cozy apartment close to city life, beach and nature.

Aesthetically beautiful villa apartment in the heart of Copenhagen Sundby. A stone's throw from the scenic beach and inner Copenhagen. The area is centrally located near the bus, subway and your car can park for free on the street. The subway takes you to Inner Copenhagen in just 10 minutes. The apartment is part of an older house with two apartments. This apartment is on the 1st floor. The whole house and both apartments were completely renovated in 2020. The apartment is 10 minutes from Copenhagen Airport by car or metro.

Modern apartment in a quiet area close to the city center

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

Seaside home with sunny terrace, 10 min to center

Sunny apartment with a view over the harbour, where you can dip. 2 stops by metro (5 min) to Copenhagen central station. Metro works 24/7 and is 4 min walk away. City centre is 15 min away by bike. Although we recommend the harbour bus! Supermarket Netto and Italian Supermarco with great lunch and ice cream 3 min by walk. Neighborhood of young professionals and young families, with bouldering hall, coffee roastery, a juice joint and sushi restaurant nextdoor. 2 paddleboards available for rent

City vacation by the beach. Free parking for 3 days with the possibility of extension Imagine Copenhagen city so near by and at the same time enjoying the sea at one of the best beaches in Denmark. Our nice apartment gives you a true feeling of city life, combined with active beach life. Have a lunch in the sun at the terrace, inside the apartment or take it to the beach- enjoying the sea view. In the evening, you can also have a barbeque on the terrace, while you are enjoying the evening sun.

Modern condo near the beach - 2 spacious balconies

Our home is spacious, modern and cozy. 30sqm outdoor space split between 2 balconies are the crown jewel, and there is a large open space connecting dining area, kitchen, bar and couch arrangement. You'll be sleeping in a master bedroom and an office/guest room with a futon bed. We have board games, yoga equipment and an electric piano free to use. And if you want more, the beach and metro is only a 10-minute walk away. We hope you'll enjoy the place as much as we do.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
