Welma's apartment was everything we hoped for and more. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just steps away. It was fantastic to have coffee or a drink in the evening in the apartment while looking out at the sea, the beach, and the big wheel! We lacked nothing in the apartment — the amenities were excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. Welma and Lucas were super attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. As a foreigner it was also very helpful that Lucas spoke fluent English at check-in. I would 100% recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Balneário!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The accommodation is excellent for family and friends, with comfortable rooms and private bathroom. The house offers several utensils and has plenty of space for everyone to be at ease, providing a feeling of being at home.

We loved the stay, Lucas and Nayla were super attentive, the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, markets, etc. The apartment was impeccable and very fragrant, very complete! The pool is heated and was perfect for the coldest day

everything is amazing, wonderful place, the view is incredible, the apartment has everything we need, the only thing I missed was the air conditioning, it's not cooling, I don't know if it's because the settings are in English, even the temperature, other than that, it's incredible

The apartment has everything, I mean everything, even needle and thread, super super equipped. The decoration is very nice and all the equipment is very complete. The building 60 meters from the beach is in the new area of Camboriu, where the new luxury buildings of the city are. The parking is very comfortable. I think we'll be back soon.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The owners were very concerned about the stay… everything went well! The area is in the south center of the beach, very quiet and with good places to shop and eat.

Suellem always very helpful, always responding quickly by wp. Made a point of taking us onsite and introducing the house, it was flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is very good, with a wonderful, indescribable view. Anyway, nothing to complain about, only good memories.

The apartment is impeccable and very comfortable to be with children. The building is very safe and practical for access since our arrival. The pool really heated and clean. We highly recommend staying

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!
