We have been there for two weeks and it has been a very good and relaxing vacation, the house is traditionally renovated but with all the amenities, it has many decorative elements of the time. The area is quiet, peaceful, very polite neighbors, the people in the village are very nice, many spoke very well of Gábor. By car, 10, or 15 or 20 minutes away you have restaurants, wineries, the lake, castles... In the village there is a small supermarket with several things. Gábor was very attentive and polite with us, always concerned to know if we were well and if we were resting. In conclusion, highly recommended to go as a couple or with family to rest. We hope to go again sometime.

Nice and private little house in a quiet area in the beautiful northern Balaton landscape. Very good for hiking and a romantic time, recommended for couples.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Highly recommended! The accommodation is beautiful and perfect for large groups. The caretaker, Levi, is very friendly and helpful with any questions. You can also walk from the train station to the accommodation in 20 minutes.

We stayed here for the second time. It's especially for kids, with a huge garden and a playground. The house is well-equipped and clean.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

We recently stayed at a beautiful cozy country home in Hungary with the whole family, and it was a wonderful experience. Each of us had our own room, all of which were beautifully furnished and had their own bathrooms. The large living room and dining room provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy meals together, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area, especially the pool and whirlpool, which were great for both relaxation and fun. The kids loved the trampoline and had plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, this vacation home was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – the sauna and the Jacuzzi were clean and ideal for relaxing. We spent an extended weekend here and were more than satisfied all around. The villa is even more impressive in real life and exudes so much homeliness that you don't want to leave at all. The garden is uniquely beautiful. If you are looking for an oasis with lots of birdsong, nature and a place to stay with a little something, this is the place to be. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the roof of the wine cellar every evening! We will be back.

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

This apartment truly matches its photos, featuring two separate rooms that open onto a small patio. It's located within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. A supermarket and public washing machine are just two minutes away. Car is recommended for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, but you can also use the near train station to get to other cities. We loved our vacation here.

We had a great stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures – clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic: just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with grocery stores right across the street. Despite being close to a bigger road, the apartment was perfectly quiet, which made it really relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly kind and communicative – always quick to respond and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the little terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keszthely! The location on Nyárfa utca 29a was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from the lake and town center. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. So so so lovely!!! All the details of this airbnb warmed my heart - from the slippers they provide, to the coffee and tea station offerings, to the badminton set and essential oils for the sauna - not to mention the champagne. The most relaxing spot. We found several hiking trails directly from the house. Stunning terrain. The view from the main bedroom - and the nice bed - how can you not sleep well and relax! The masseuse the host recommended was phenomenal. Great host. Also there’s a lovely castle nearby that starts with a C with a DELICIOUS restaurant down the road. Would 1000% recommend!

Dorka's place in Balatonalmádi is a piece of paradise: small but cozy house placed in the midldle of the nature, with a beautiful view towards Lake Balaton. We had a great time, will definitely be back!
