Holiday rentals with lake access in Tapolca District

Really beautiful, big and neat apartment! The host was very friendly and there was good communication. There is a really nice private pool that you can use. Notice that the airco costs 5 euros a day and on hot days it is necessary because it becomes really hot. But the apartment is really worth it for the price!

Ontzettend lieve en gastvrije verhuurders. Goed ontvangen bij aankomst en als verrassing kregen we zelfgemaakte pannekoeken bij het ontbijt. Locatie op loopafstand van het Balatonmeer, eetgelegenheden in de buurt en na een dagje ontspanning in en op het water konden we in de avond heerlijk genieten van de jacuzzi. Het huis is verder compleet qua benodigdheden. Hartelijk dank voor jullie gastvrijheid en goede zorgen!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch. Wir als Patchworkfamilie mit 5 Kinder (1-7Jahre) haben es sehr genossen. Unsere Bewertung: + wir wurden sehr lieb von der Mama von David empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt + Super sauber + Spülmaschine und tolle Küchenausstattung + Zuverlässiges und gutes Internet + Ein Segen für uns als Familie war die Waschmaschine + Sehr kinderlieb eingerichtet mit Spielzeug für den sehr großen Garten und Spiele sowie Mal-Sachen im Haus + Der Weg bis zum Strand war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vor Ort + Preis-Leistung ist einfach top - die Türen sind etwas älter und für unsere kleineren Kinder etwas schwer zu öffnen - durch den Garten sind regelmäßig irgendwelche Nachbarn durchgelaufen, um eine Abkürzung zu nehmen, was uns persönlich schon etwas gestört hat, da wir von einem privaten Garten ausgegangen sind

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Lake Balaton. It was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, spacious, charming, and well cared for. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, always available to answer questions / provide information about the home. We appreciated their hospitality and definitely would love to come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We spent a week at Roland’s place. Location is perfect, Lake Balaton is just down the street, very short and easy walk. The house is a twin, the garden is shared with the other half, which also managed by Roland. It is very clean and spacious, six of us plus a baby could comfortably fit in. The two full bathrooms were great. Kitchen has all amenities needed, and it was very clean. Great stay, planning to return. Roland is an attentive host and a nice person.

We have perfect holidays at Rudolf's Residence. The house is brand-new with all modern conveniences including fireplace and perfect sauna. The house is equipped with all necessary kitchen aids, technics and also it is very comfortable to cook there :). There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and two beautiful bathrooms with all necessary things. The housekeeper recommended us best places to visit. We are happy! Looking forward to comeback soon! Thanks a lot!

We absolutely loved staying in Flora’s house. (4 adults, 2 children) From check-in to check-out she and her husband have been great and very friendly. The location is great, the house is clean, well-equipped and is lovingly decorated. Public beach, supermarket, restaurants are all within walking distance. Definitely would stay again! 😀

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

We had a lovely stay in Szabloc's accommodation. Autumn is quiet on Balaton and just right for us with a small child. The apartment and the balcony are very spacious and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. The private outdoor area is great to relax in and there are shopping opportunities nearby.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Eva sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemuetlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight war die Feuerstelle im Garten. Die Kinder haben sich ueber das Spielzeug in der Wohnung gefreut. In der Umgebung konnten wir viel unternehmen.

An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. The type of place that really adds value to a holiday. The garden is really beautiful too. A product of care and love over a number of years. Highly recommended

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Keszthely sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am See ist ausgezeichnet! Man trinkt den ersten Kaffee am Morgen gerne auf dem Balkon mit Sicht auf den wunderschönen Balaton!

We loved this suite! Easy to find just off main route in town. Easy free parking. Close to grocery stores and the main bike path. Dezso is a great communicator. He suggested places to see and eat. His place had quality bikes which we used during our stay. He had lots of extras including maps, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, treats and a washing machine. He even had pool noodles for Lake Heviz. There is an elevator to the suite. It is a few blocks to the beach and Lake Balaton. The suite felt very secure. We highly recommend Dezso’s place!

Tátva maradt a szánk amikor megérkeztünk :) Gyönyörű , új , tágas , ízléses , bababarát apartman , szép fa kiságy, tiszta babafürdetőkád , hatalmas zöld árnyékos terület , es szerintem a balaton leglassabban mélyülő része , ami egy villámgyorsan mászó babával a legjobb volt élete első strandolásának :) Reggeli is csillagos 5ös :)

Super Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin

Annamária és párja szuper vendéglátók, a képek nem adják vissza azt a hihetetlen milliőt, amivel a szállás rendelkezik! A ház egy szuper csendes helyen található, nincsenek közel a szomszédok, mégis elérhető távolságban van minden. A berendezés nagyon stílusos és igényes, de egyben hihetetlenül praktikus is, sok tárolóhellyel, minden igényt kielégítő szuper konyhával (minden van, semmit sem kell vinni), külön mosószoba szárítógéppel, sok tágas közös térrel. Utóbbinak különösen örültünk, mert egy 8 felnőtt + 4 gyerekes társasággal sem tudtuk zsúfolttá tenni a házat, nyugodtan és kellemesen elnyelt minket :) Az ajtók nagyon jól szigeteltek, vígan lehetett dumálni, miközben a gyerekeket sem zavartuk álmaikban. Van grill és bogrács is, amihez kaptunk tüzelőt is. Borospince is van a kertben, ahol igény esetén borkostolót tartanak a vendéglátók és tapas-okat is kínálnak hozzá. A konyhában mindig van bekészítve egy kellemes borsor, amit bármikor meglehet bontani igény esetén, így még a boltba se kell lemenni. A házban nincs klíma, de ennek hiányát egyáltalán nem éreztük, mert a sok fa kellemes árnyékot vet, a különleges tetőszerkezet és a jó szigetelés is sok hőt elnyel, így napközben és este is nagyon kellemes idő van bent.

Gyönyörű kilátás, csodaszépen berendezett ház, a feltöltődés és nyugalom szigete várt bennünket. A teraszokokon mindig van napsütés és árnyékos hely, amire éppen vágysz. Nekünk most erre a helyre volt szükségünk.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass es innen moderner ist als auf den Fotos. Auch gab es viele kleine Details, die uns gefreut haben. Wir hatten zu viert sehr viel Platz: die Eltern haben im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss geschlafen und die Kinder hatten das ganze Obergeschoss für sich. Leider ist der Rasen, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, durch weißen Schotter ersetzt worden und deshalb konnte man draußen nur auf der Terrasse barfuß gehen und man konnte dort auch nicht liegen. Hier würde ich empfehlen, eine Klappliege mitzubringen oder gleich zum Strand zu gehen, der nur 30 Meter entfernt ist. Überhaupt ist in dem kleinen Ort alles ziemlich nah und gut erreichbar: Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bahnhof. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und schnell: wir haben bei der Anreise den Schlüsselcode am Telefon erhalten, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und wir konnten sogar unsere Koffer etwas länger stehen lassen. Gerne wieder!

Adrienn rendkivül kedves és segitőkész szállásadó, a kommunikáció vele végig zökkenőmentes volt. A szállásunk egy nagyon takaros, otthonos és kényelmes ház volt, ahol minden felszerelés rendelkezésre állt, ami adott egy kellemes időtöltéshez. A kert gyönyörűen rendben tartott. A környék nagyon szép és csendes, közel van a Balatonpart, de áprilisban még egyáltalán nem volt zsúfolt. Közel van 3 könnyed túraútvonal is, amiket sikeresen teljesitettünk, illetve sokat sétáltunk, bicikliztünk és még szalonnát is sütöttünk a kertben ebben a pár napban. Tollasütőt is vittünk, de kár volt, mert az is van a házban...:-) Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a közeli Promenád Cukrászda számunkra külön gyöngyszeme Balatongyöröknek! :-) Szeretnénk még visszamenni!

Loved our stay, moments from a lovely beach, little food shop nearby. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We were two families plus some grandparents and so the three bathrooms were all put to use as well as the baby cot and high chair!
