NOT sure what that means (maybe their beds are on the floor) PLEASE I have a fan to drawn off Noise from upstairs ALL ground level units get noise from upstairs USE THE FAN Gas fireplace is turned off June July and August I do not have AC but the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. Screens on windows NO Pets NO Smoking NO RV/Trailers

Very comfortable beds with superior bedding, lush towels, full kitchen, classic kiva fireplace, and plenty of sunshine with mountain views. Board games to bring the family together after awesome days of skiing, also tv's in all rooms for quiet time. We require a 5 nights stay during Spring Break "weeks" in March, Christmas/New Year's week, 3 nights 4th of July week & ski season. Please no "one night" stays.
