Chalupa se nachází v Jindřichově, v kouzelné oblasti Jizerských hor a je z obou stran obklopena lesy. Naproti je přírodní koupaliště a krásnou procházkou lze vyjít na rozhlednu Bramberk. První zmínky o stavení jsou z roku 1824, ale možná tu stojí ještě déle. My jsme tu strávili nezapomenutelné dětství, hledali skleněné poklady, sbírali borůvky, houby, lovili čolky a stavěli přehrady v potoce. Chalupu jsme nyní zrekonstruovali a chtěli bychom se s vámi podělit o krásnou atmosféru tohoto místa.

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

The accommodation is located in a small town near Bezděz Castle, Houska Castle, Kokořína, Máchova Lake, Belle Swimming Pool... and many other tourist attractions. There is also a recreational area just outside the property, which includes a miniizoo, an inline track, a big playground, a lookout tower, and a restaurant. In addition to the rich nature, there is the town of Mladá Boleslav, which is a great attraction of the museum Skoda Auto and the air museum.

Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
