Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima

We had a great experience at Naomi's place. She had Hamza meet us at an easy-to-find locale, and he guided us to the riad. The place was charming and very comfortable: tastefully and restfully decorated. It's quite small, and we did feel a bit cramped, but there was just enough space and thoughtfully place shelves and storage space to be comfortable. We were only there for one night; a longer stay might have been less convenient. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great: on a scenic street and only a short walk from the center of town. One slight quibble; it would have been useful to have a street number or at least GPS coordinates to find the place after touring. We got quite lost; even using GPS to find the street didn't get us back, somehow. After we texted Naomi that we were lost, she sent a photo of a nearby "landmark" square with the correct street exiting the square shown with an arrow. This would have been useful with the check-in info.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this place. The previous reviews that mentioned the traffic noise were accurate, but we adjusted and chose to focus on the location and the beautiful views from the terrace. There was always a prompt response to any questions we had from Youssef. Ahmed was co-host and lived right nearby and was actually the individual who met us and showed us to the location, but we had no communication with him past that brief interaction. No check-ins or proactive communications. The house was clean overall. Pots, utensils, plates, etc. made it easy to cook in the house. Teapot, coffee maker also. This is a 3 level property. Carrying bags to rooms on 2nd / 3rd level could be a bit much for older individuals. The top level room only has a sheer curtain to separate the bedroom from a seating area and door to attached balcony. I mention this because others have to pass this area if on the way up the nearby steps to get to terrace, so privacy could be a concern.

Excellent séjour !! Emplacement parfait avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la montagne ⛰️, on a adoré nos moments sur la terrasse 😍 La maison est vraiment mignonne et typique de Chefchaouen, ce qui la charme encore plus !! Omar est adorable ! Il est venu presque nous trouver dans le parking le premier jour pour qu’on ne se perde pas , c’était vraiment adorable 🥰 Il nous a donné pleins d’explications et d’astuces (resto, coins à visiter …!) Ps : ma maman a oublié son tel dans la maison, Omar m’a contacté le jour même de notre départ pour nous signaler l’oubli et à trouvé le moyen de nous l’envoyer par correspondance ! Une vraie personne de confiance Bref tout était parfait 🤩 merciiiii et nous reviendrons ❤️

Samir’s place in Chefchaouen was perfect. It was well located in the centre of the blue city. Easy to access the waterfall and all the shops and cafés. Mohammed was also very helpful in getting us to the place from the parking and explaining everything. We loved the way it was decorated so authentically. Highly recommend!

Tous les commentaires positifs sur cette location sont avérés, le mien se rajoute à celui des autres voyageurs. Toutefois, j'apporterais quand même des nuances par rapport aux éléments suivants : - l'accueil se fait par quelqu'un avec lequel on n'a jamais échangé, on ne sait pas à qui on a à faire (ce n'est ni Christine, ni Jean-Pierre ni Youssef) - le taxi qui nous a pris en charge à l'aéroport comme convenu, nous a finalement fait payer 300 dirhams au lieu des 200 annoncés - pas de livret d'accueil dans la maison - propreté moyenne en bas dans la chambre du patio et la salle de bain : poils dans le lavabo, cheveux, balayette des toilettes pas nette, poussière ne datant pas d'hier sur les tableaux, lampe de chevet, au sol. Couverture dans l'armoire tâchée. Dommage de payer du ménage pour ne pas entrer dans une maison un peu plus propre, quand le chat n'est pas là les souris dansent... et je n'en veux pas aux propriétaires - des lumières qui éclairent en terrasse serait un vrai plus

Soooo authentic, best view from terrace , so atmospheric, 3 nice rooms with beds for two, perfectly fit up to 6 persons, 4 floors and terrace, nice kitchen with everything what you want and pretty comfortable living room 10/10

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Kasbah. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und Marie ist eine sehr gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans ce logement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : propre, lumineux, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout et très sécurisé avec toujours un gardien à l’entrée de l’immeuble, ce qui permet de vraiment s’y sentir bien. L’hôte a été accueillant, disponible et réactif. On sent qu’il tient à offrir une expérience de qualité à ses voyageurs, et c’est réussi ! Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain passage dans la région. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse !

Stayed with a group of three friends for two nights. Rita was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The apartment was spacious enough to accomodate even a larger group. The location is very nice. It’s close to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants is the area. Having access to a parking spot in the garage of the building was absolutely fabulous, since street parking can be challenging. Rita’s place is definitely a recommended appartment. I will consider staying here again without giving it a second thought.

The place was amazing, area is private and safe very friendly people, the view was amazing and quiet, the studio was well managed, small, well furnished it got all the amenities. Everything is near to area. The Breakfast was offered for free as we stayed only one night. Delicious and home made really enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality Recommend 💯

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Younes. Nous étions 6 et l’appartement a répondu à nos attentes.

The place was clean and well organized, the area is in the center only few walks away to the Qasbah and all the beautiful blue allys of the city. As for the view was exquisite and peaceful.. we really enjoyed our stay at Casa sanae recommended 💯

Amazing host. Greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. It was very comfortable, spacious and felt right at home. It comes well equipped and has everything you need. It’s a 10 min walk to the Medina and cafes near by as well. He gave us great food recommendations and sights to see and they were all amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better host and will definitely be back again

Le logement de Houssam était vraiment à la hauteur de ce qui nous a été proposé sur tous les plans…. Propreté et. Beauté impeccable de l’appartement exactement comme c’était proposé sur les photos. Houssam nous a proposé son aide pour tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin dés le début de notre séjour et était disponible à tout moment …gentillesse, professionnalisme et hospitalité de Houssam nous ont rassuré durant notre séjour.. Brahim es un excelente anfitrión, muy hospitalario y responde muy rápido. El apartamento es bonito, cómodo, y muy buen equipado. Brahim piensa en todo. Además está muy bien ubicado, cerca de mucho restaurantes y cafés.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Tout était impeccable et vraiment bien équipé. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, c’est vraiment pratique. De plus, l’hôte Sara est super sympathique et serviable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Très spacieux, propre, et idéalement situé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire dans un cadre sécurisé. Tout est conforme à la description, avec l’essentiel à disposition. Un grand merci à Youssef, le propriétaire, pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité, toujours prêt à répondre en cas de besoin. Le seul petit point à noter est le bruit extérieur, mais cela fait partie de la vie du quartier. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

The stay was very good. The apartment was spacious and was generally kept clean. Communication with the host was very good. There was a slight issue with the water but the host reacted immediately when we messaged them and they had it fixed very quickly, with a nice apology and saying it was the first time this has happened. The apartment included everything as in the description. The only small minus was the fact one of the rooms with the two single beds wasn’t cleaned that well in the corners, there were some cobwebs and dust. But the bedsheets were clean and generally the place was rather clean. I also wish there was a fresh sponge in the kitchen for cleaning dishes and that there would be something other than bleach for the laundry. But these are small things. Generally speaking I can highly recommend this place, it was a good price with a fantastic location, very spacious and with two bathrooms. The wifi worked well, the building has a guard and elevators. Great stay!
