Nadia‘s place has an incredible view and was as described in the listing. Enjoyed easy access to the mall next-door and other amenities in the Kawachi area. We really felt it was set up and cared for well; definitely roof book again!!

2nd-time with the Superhost, still one of the best host in Serpong Area. Great place with comfy furnitures, also very responsive to fulfill your requests. The rooms are very clean and well-organized, come with very affordable prices too! Salute!

I had a pleasant stay at Aland’s property. Aland was very responsive, helpful and guided us through the check in and check out process. In terms of the room itself, everything was squeaky clean and amenities were in perfect condition. Fantastic location too, exactly right next to IKEA and within short distance to some local shops. The only downside was the seemingly slow internet connection but that wasn’t too much of a concern. Overall a pleasant experience, would definitely book again in the future. Thanks Aland!

The apartment is spectacular. The luxurious feeling was very hospitable. Well decorated, beautiful decor and convenient amenities. The view is amazing. Laundry snd convenience store right downstairs. Pool is excellent. Food and supermarket easily available just a few minutes walk. The staff Intan was very nice to communicate with. She was kind, helpful and gave clear instructions. It was such an incredible experience in this apartment. I look forward to being back here soon...

It is a great place to stay while in Jakarta

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.
