Wij vonden het top! Elke middag lekker een stuk wandelen langs het strand om te gaan lunchen. Maar eigenlijk is er maar 1 echt goede lunch mogelijkheid en dat is bij Emayani beach lodge. Bij Mike hebben we het niet geprobeerd, omdat de dagen op waren. Het is elke avond om half 7/7 donker, dus in de avond thuis genieten van het eten van de kok is top! De prawns vonden we zo goed!! Chicken kunnen ze ook regelen. Wij waren er 4 nachten en 3 volle dagen en vonden dit een prima tijdsbestek. Niet langer, maar ook niet korter. Dankjewel!!!

Beautiful place right on the beach. Comfortable house with good fans! Helpful and kind staff. Will definitely return.

Die Villa ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Zugang ist nicht ganz leicht, die Straßenverhältnisse passen zu dem, was wir aus Tanzania kennen. Aber das Haus und die Natur entschädigt sowieso für alles! Traumhafte Umgebung, schöner Strand (bei Ebbe breit, bei Flut ist er fast verschwunden), überfreundliches Personal, das immer zur Stelle ist, wenn man etwas braucht. Essen (wir hatten Frühstück und abends den "catch of the day") in der Unterkunft war top, zwei Mädchen haben frisch gekocht, alles ganz unkompliziert. Ansonsten gab es in der Nähe (in ca 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar) drei Lokale. Auch da kann man lecker und frisch essen. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig, man kann super entspannen. Ab und zu trifft man auf freundliche Anwohner, die sich einfach gerne unterhalten und viel über sich erzählen. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen und empfehlen sie weiter.

Great place to connect with nature and local community. We met three chameleons at the property, about five on the adjacent road, as well as plenty of local children fascinated and scared at the same time of our dog :) Pizzeria Mama Mia is about 45 min walk and is quite outstanding.

This place is outstanding for a unique setting with lots of privacy in nature. As would be expected for such a remote setting, accessibility can be challenging. You need to follow numerous turns on unmarked small, paths. Using their provided guide from the ferry or airstrip is advisable. It is truly off road for a few kms, tight for a car and slippery and messy in rainy season for a motorcycle. If you can work with the accessibility challenge, we highly recommend the place.

We stayed for a few days. Excellent place directly on the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Miglior alloggio a Lushoto!! Una carinissima casa con tutti i comfort... tutta per noi. Vista sulla vallata, balconcino, doccia calda, cucina, e grandi spazi. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e sempre pronta ad aiutare. La posizione è perfetta. Eravamo preoccupati che fosse troppo centrale, o troppo lontana dal centro. Questa casa si trova lontano dal caos immersa nella natura, ma a 5 minuti a piedi dal villaggio di Lushoto!! IMPORTANTE: sul sito c'è scritto che si trova a 2km dal villaggio...ma c'è una piccola stradina in discesa che attraversa una scuola e due abitazioni, che vi permetterà di raggiungere il villaggio in 5/7 minuti! Tutto davvero perfetto!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
