My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Thank you for letting me stay in your wonderful place! – beyond ordinary indeed!

The place was so beautiful and clean!! I love love that its so huge!!! Looked just like the photos 🥰 really enjoyed staying there because the place is cozy and relaxing. I love everyrhing!!! stayed in this place with an infant. if ever we'll be at the area, it would be an easy decision to book this place again :) easily one of the most convenient and satisfying space we had booked - clean, essential amenities are ready to be used and you can also entertain yourself in the area if you are looking for a staycation. the staff are approachable, friendly and easy to talk to for concerns. grateful we had a seamless, stress-free stay :)

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Cy's place is highly recommended. Clean and cozy unit, peaceful place, complete sets of kitchen utensils and appliances, and cleaning materials which are needed during our stay. Also, Cy is responsive in our every queries.

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Bravo to Leandro. Our stay at Leandro’s was more than like being at home, it WAS home. My family and I enjoyed the comfort, convenience, and warmth of Leandro’s place. Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

The unit is so comfy for the three of us, great unit actually if you are planning to celebrate a small wins and accomplishment in life. There is also a toy (activity) to enjoy both parent and kid ❤️. My daugther actually starting to realized what beautiful unit is ❤️ palagi nyang sinasabi "ang ganda bahay natin mama no!" ☺️☺️ makes my heart feel pressure to have a condo 😅😅 all in all thank you sir Pepito for accommodating us along the way 🤗🤗 and to ate des.

I’d definitely recommend this place! It really gives that “home away from home” vibe. Everything you need is already there — from utensils to a washing machine — super convenient. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, no surprises. The place is cozy and has a really chill atmosphere, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. It’s also close to convenience stores and even Puregold, which makes it easy to grab anything you need. It’s just walking distance from the Philippine Heart Center, which made it super convenient during my sister’s operation. Every time we needed something, we could easily get it within minutes. This is a great place to stay if you have a loved one admitted at the Heart Center — it really helps being close by. The host is very responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole stay even better. I’d for sure stay here again and recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a comfy and reliable spot!
