I was skeptical at first to check in at Grass but Hasita’s unit was the only one I saw with some sense of aesthetics. The room was as beautiful as the pictures and I can tell as soon as I walked in that the host invested on the quality of the appliances since it was all good brands. The place was near SM North Edsa which was very convenient. The place has several stores outside the building which were all at a walking distance. The best thing is that the room had board games which made our stay a lot more fun when we wanted to take a break from too much work. Would definitely be back! Thank you Hasita and Carlo for being such accommodating hosts!

10/10 every appliance you need is in the unit. Affordable and the amenities are free like the pool and the gym. We were able to work from home because of the good internet connection. the guards and the maintenance team are very polite and approachable. safe place and surrounding.

My Airbnb staycation was awesome! The place was super clean and always smelled amazing, which was such a nice touch. Plus, the host was so quick to respond whenever we had questions. Seriously, 10/10 – couldn't ask for a better stay.❤️❤️❤️

We loved the unit and the location. The unit is complete with things and appliances, which really helped us have a smooth stay in the place. We also personally love the private patio since its a good spot for drinking our morning coffee. Additionally, the location is super nice since its heavily guarded by security and we can walk freely around the subdivision. The laundry, water station, and mini stores also helped us whenever we need something for our stay. Overall, this place is exceptional!

The location is fantastic and ideal for families. Due to the proximity of two grocery stores and the high level of safety, everything is convenient. The three days I spent with the family were worthwhile because the place is sterile, clean, and has highly user-friendly appliances. I will definitely make another reservation when I return to the Philippines, and I heartily suggest this accommodation. This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to malls, public transportation, and more. The kitchen appliances are fully functional, allowing us to cook our own meals. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The guard was very friendly, and the host was warm and accommodating.

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Out of all my airbnb stays, this place has been the most impressive. I didn’t see a single roach in this apartment, great views on the balcony, bed oriented in a pleasant way, comfy couch, fast internet, shower works. You can tell the Host takes pride in his property. It’s a must book if staying at Greens Apartment.

We had a very good stay at this place! The room was very cozy, neat, with a nice view and well ventilated. It is also accessible to different food place and very near to malls and other leisure places. The host is also very accomodating to all our queries.
