Cozy little apartment with a super nice bathroom, nice kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator etc. Nice balcony overlooking the water and close to the center, and quiet conditions. You could borrow beach equipment, etc. - extra plus.

It's quite easy to get the beach. We have a good experience both at night and morning. The house is quiet. It is surrounded by the plants and play ground. We have large area to enjoy around the house and the beach.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

Four of us enjoyed our family vacation. The pool and view were fantastic. In addition, we were able to use a tennis court and football field. Everything was available in the house and very comfortably furnished. A stone beach was within walking distance, but with small children, it was challenging to swim. For the nearest sandy beach we each took the car (5 minutes). This one was beautiful and practical. Check in and check out were very flexible and hassle-free. Gladly again, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. Lovely place and neighborhood. Easy parking. Apartment felt bigger in real life compared to pictures. Big plus with an additional outside shower to avoid bringing in sand from the beach. Friendly and helpful host. Can definitely recommend!

Nice that we were escorted the last part to the apartment /house because it is beautifully located in the woods but the entrance is not so easy to find. Apartment is simple but has everything you need. we had the 1st floor with a nice outdoor terrace, Also beautiful spacious outdoor area around the house, very private and beautiful beaches nearby. Gesuina and Valeria were great hosts with whom we had good contact, always quick response. We arrived far too late due to delays and yet we were fantastically taken care of!

Staying at Paolos place was beautiful, very peaceful, great location, close to local restaurants and shops and the many beautiful beaches. Paolo was great with his communications right from the start from booking his place, throughout to check in and check out. Would love to come back and stay there again in the future.

Raffaele the owner is a very kind and heartfelt person, very attentive to his activity and also to the road that leads to his activity, he is a precise and perfect guy, he also cleans the monde that throw the rude people on the street, the accommodation is nice comfortable, from the garden you go to the beach, all the activities are a short walk from the house, in short, everything is perfect beyond expectations, I will definitely return.

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

We felt very comfortable and found everything. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, all necessary appliances and plates and cutlery were available in variety. The toilet paper was also enough for the first few days. Clean and nicely decorated and communication with Doriana was great and the check in was easy! We expected the garden a little bigger from the pictures, but it was totally sufficient, as we were often on the beach, which is really just a stone's throw away and is really great. We found the location a little outside, you always have to drive some serpentines over the mountain for a while to be in a larger city or the larger road. Nevertheless, this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, next time we might stay a few days shorter and book a second place on the west coast to have less driving time. Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment
