Our family of 8 had the most awesome experience at this beautiful home. Danielle was the perfect host. So helpful, generous and sacrificial. They left the home earlier than planned in order for us to check in and settle down quicker. The pool was sheer bliss. The downstairs retreat was spectacular. I dubbed it my man-cave, but my children soon claimed it as theirs. Extremely comfortable abode and in such a convenient location. The fans and air-conditioning worked a treat. Danielle and her family made us feel home away from home. Thanks so much for all the little extras and for reassuring us not to stress over the inflatable recliner. We'd definitely like to return.

Loved this house and can’t wait to come back to the area for a girls weekend away and hopefully get to stay here again and enjoy a sunset on the back patio.

Pete’s place was the perfect home away from home for our baseball team. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as great communal areas for us all to hang out together. Pete was easy to deal with and proactive around arrival and check-in instructions as well as directions to the property. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here. My family and I were in town for a wedding and had a really relaxing and comfortable stay at Stacey's. The place is a 3 minute walk into the main strip of shops, so a great central location, and lots of privacy from neighbouring houses - who we didn't see or hear much from. The house itself is expansive and while we only had 6 people in the house, it could comfortably sleep 8 or 9 guests. We loved the deck at the rear of the house and the beautiful big backyard, and our kids went for a swim each day. The cat Macie hung around the back porch and we fed twice a day, she was no hassle and largely kept to herself. Would recommend Stacey's house, was perfect for our 4 night stay.

We had the prefect weekend away with family and friends. Amazing space for kids to run around outside to burn off energy whilst enjoying the space either at the outdoor fire-pit or the outdoor BBQ area.

A fabulous place to call home while on a work trip to Tamworth. Easy central location, clean and tidy house and comfortable overall. Would highly recommend!!

Our stay at Smokey Cape Retreat was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the serene, private setting. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service—every detail had been so thoughtfully considered. From the welcome treats to the plush robes, heated floors, and curated local touches, we felt completely spoilt. There were so many included extras that made our stay even more special, and it’s clear the hosts have poured their hearts into creating a truly unforgettable experience. Smokey Cape Retreat is pure magic. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, super cosy, and just felt like a home away from home. The beds, pillows, and towels were all great quality, so comfy! The hosts were amazing, they went above and beyond, even taking us on a buggy ride around their farm at no extra cost. Our kids were over the moon feeding the sheep and getting up close with the cows. At night, sitting by the fireplace or looking up at the stars in the clear mountain sky was just relaxing and magical. We also loved exploring the area, there are beautiful waterfalls along the way, and both Armidale and Uralla are close by, with access to shopping, great coffee and some really interesting historic spots. Just a heads-up, the road leading to the property isn’t paved, but honestly, it was totally worth it. The peace, the views, and the overall experience more than made up for it. All in all, it was great value and one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

The house was large and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy. Natalie was kind enough to supply a load of firewood for the two wood heaters in the two lounge areas. They were fantastic and warmed the space over what was a very chilly weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Emma’s place is a real gem. Great spot for the family to relax. Photos and description don’t do it justice and for families it is fully fenced. The kids loved the garden and spaces to roam.

Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed in for a long time. The beds were super comfortable and our group of seven had everything we needed for a great long weekend.

Our stay was amazing. The house was immaculate, but also very homely and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to everything happening at Tamworth Music Festival. We all had a fabulous time 😁👍

This is a beautiful, modern and spacious house. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the house was more than big enough for us. It's in a quiet suburban street about 5-10 minutes drive from the centre of Tamworth. It backs onto a golf course and has very nice views. The house seems very newly built and has everything you could want with a very well stocked kitchen, a large TV, laundry, board games and books. The 4 bedrooms are large including one ensuite with a huge walk-in wardrobe and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Karen was easy. Would recommend for large families.
