From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was incredibly serene — birdsong in the morning, gentle breezes through the trees, and an overall sense of calm that made it hard to leave. The space itself was immaculate. Every corner was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care and attention had gone into maintaining the home. The cleanliness alone made it feel like a true sanctuary. What really made the experience stand out was Ariana, the host. He was absolutely perfect, so warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From quick responses to helpful local recommendations, he struck the perfect balance of being available without ever feeling intrusive. It's clear he genuinely cares about her guests' experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautifully hosted stay, this is the place.

Made was great and helpful. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa surrounded with towering trees and an abundance of greenery, the peaceful ambience make it perfect for relaxation. However, there are a couple of downsides to consider. The food options are limited, and visitors need to order from a nearby warung, which serves average food. One thing to keep in mind is the presence of mosquitoes in the area. It's highly recommended to bring your own mosquito repellent to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa smart TV which is an added advantage

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The place was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful interior design that made us feel cozy. Location was perfect for us: close to great restaurants and local spots, but just far enough from the busy streets to stay peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Sin dudas, es un alojamiento increíble que hará aún más maravilloso tu viaje en Bali! Pasamos dos días en esta Villa, los disfrutamos muchísimo! Cada detalle de este lugar está pensado y cuidado para el disfrute; espacios grandes, cama super cómoda, baño enorme, ducha muy buena. El equipamiento es espectacular, el sillón de masajes es sublime, la cocina tiene de todo, hay juegos de mesa, hasta un PS5 que no llegamos a utilizar, dos motos, bicicletas, lavarropas, etc. La zona exterior es mágica, con una vista hermosa, la pileta divina, ideal para relajar con vistas a los arrozales. Cada mañana nos preparaban el desayuno (huevos, pancakes, tostadas, frutas, jugo, café, etc) mientras nosotros nos terminábamos de levantar, salíamos de la habitación y estaba el desayuno servido, ¡que lujo! Todos nos han recibido y tratado con muchísimo cariño y hospitalidad, agradecemos muchísimo los días maravillosos que nos han hecho pasar. Podría seguir pero Airbnb no me deja más espacio :)

Our stay was just magical. Everything is exactly as pictured and described. Working with I Made was wonderful - he is super responsive, flexible, warm and kind. He had cute little pieces of advice for everywhere we went and he made everything easy. We ordered breakfast twice and it was delicious in both cases. We also got facials which are performed right in the room. When we arrived there were two coconuts for us to drink and bananas from the garden which we had fried each morning. The kitchen is easy to operate and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay again!

What to say about this place? Have you ever dreamed of staying in a fantasy-like tiny home overlooking rice terraces, mountains in the distance, and rolling green hills? Well if you have this is the right place for you. The attention to detail and creative aesthetic touch is what initially drew me to book my weekend-get away with my wife here and the pictures did not disappoint. As soon as we got there I could not stop looking around and admiring the art, the colors, and the general feel of the place. The biggest question I had while staying here was "When will we get to come back?" I would highly recommend booking a trip here!

Widi ist jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns über Nacht noch einen schnelleren Roller organisiert, weil in der Unterkunft keiner mehr vorhanden war. Wir konnten also pünktlich nach dem leckeren Frühstück um halb 9 los. Alles in allem ist das eine top Unterkunft, die wir mit bestem Gewissen jedem weiter empfehlen würden. Sollten wir nochmal nach Bali reisen und eine relativ zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Unterkunft suchen, dann werden wir zweifelsohne wieder diese wählen. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Roller in Ubud. Von dem immensen Verkehr in Ubud bekommt man in der Unterkunft gar nichts mit. Wir haben über Nacht immer die Vorhänge offen gelassen, sodass wir morgens beim wach werden einen unfassbar schönen Blick auf den Dschungel hatten. Das Moskitonetz war sehr groß und hat das komplette Bett umfasst. Wir haben daher imrichtig gut geschlafen. Für uns war auch die Matratze sehr bequem. Also vielen Dank Widi für die unvergessliche Zeit.

This is a special place. It’s located on a short turn off the busy main road in Penestanan - a couple of minutes walking distance to Alchemy yoga studio and plenty of restaurants - but as you enter the space itself you find yourself in a tranquil oasis. The views of Mt Agung and Mt Batur from the huge terrace in front of our room were spectacular and worth waking at sunrise for. The room wasn’t particularly modern or up-to-date, so if you’re looking for that it won’t be for you, but it’s unbeatable for a true Ubud vibe in a great location. The staff were always friendly and responsive, the room was cleaned daily and in-room breakfast was available for a small cost whenever we wanted to order it. I would come back here for sure.

Pobyt w tej willi był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Miejsce jest przepiękne – położone wśród pól ryżowych, ciche, idealne na relaks i oderwanie się od codzienności. Wnętrza są nowoczesne, ale zachowano w nich tradycyjny balijski styl, co tworzy niesamowity klimat i sprawia, że można poczuć prawdziwego ducha Bali. Śniadania były przepyszne – przygotowywane ze świeżych, lokalnych składników. Co ważne, gospodarze uwzględniają różne preferencje żywieniowe – jeśli ktoś potrzebuje posiłków bez glutenu, wegetariańskich czy innych, wszystko jest możliwe i przygotowane z dbałością. Kontakt z gospodarzem był świetny – bardzo szybki, konkretny i zawsze pomocny. W każdej chwili mogliśmy liczyć na wsparcie, porady i rekomendacje. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka spokoju, piękna i wyjątkowej atmosfery Bali. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Потрясающая вилла!! Невероятно красивая территория, джунгли словно из фильма, пение птиц по утрам! Нам понравилось буквально все! Уютные спальни, комфортные большие кровати, очень удобные матрасы. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, полноценная кухня с посудомойкой – что не часто встретишь на Бали. Все чисто и уютно! Персонал очень отзывчивый, девушки помогли нам разложить и погладить вещи. Утром нам приготовили вкуснейший плавучий завтрак, спасибо Кадеку еще раз! И отдельное спасибо за фотографии в бассейне, огромное удовольствие плавать в бассейне и видом на каньон. Вилла такая уютная и красивая, что совсем не хочется уезжать, мы вернемся сюда на более длительный срок 100 процентов! Это тот редкий случай когда фото не передают всей красоты и масштаба виллы! Спасибо, едем дальше на север!

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

Quel expérience inoubliable. Nous avons fêter l’anniversaire de la femme dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait ! Le personnel est au petit soin et ont réalisé une magnifique surprise pour son anniversaire. L’endroit est calme avec personne autour et la vue sur les rizières et la piscine est à coupé le souffle. Je recommande à quiconque a pour envie de venir à Ubud de s’arrêter à SUSI !

As so many have said before, this is a magical, enchanted place that offers an unforgettable experience to nature lovers and/or people who are sensitive to the special energy of Bali. The premises are vast and unique with an unusual temple complex right in the middle. The views from the cabin and the common area (bale structure for eating) are breathtaking. Each evening, just before sundown, we heard the village priest's chanting and gamelan orchestra, including a flute that sounded like it came from another world, travelling over from across the valley. If you're into this kind of thing, go next door, down to the river, for a special guided water purification ritual (melukat). Yes, communication was sometimes a bit tricky, but the staff are all so friendly and helpful, things always worked out. The place was squeaky clean, considering it's in the middle of the jungle. Food was thoughtfully cooked and pesented. We loved our time in Sangeh, suksma to everyone!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Sie war perfekt für Erholung. Es gab gratis Trinkwasser und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben auch die Möglichkeit genutzt, über sie Abendessen zu bestellen. Das gesamte Team war sehr nett und half uns ebenfalls, den Weitertransport zu organisieren. Es muss einem nur klar sein, dass es weiter weg vom nächsten Ort ist und mitten in der Natur ist.

Puttu and the team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The villa is cosy and peaceful—just what you need for a relaxing break. They offer butler services, which is a fantastic bonus. On request, they also arranged additional services like full-day taxi hire, airport pickup, and classes, all of which were extremely convenient. We highly recommend this villa. If you’re browsing Airbnbs before booking your Bali ticket—stop and buy that ticket now, making sure it matches this Airbnb’s availability. From the moment we arrived, Wayan and his team had thought of everything—from airport pickup to having coffee ready with one touch before breakfast. The view and peaceful location away from the crowds were incredibly calming. We mostly stayed in to enjoy the serenity, but Ubud center is just a 30–40 minute scooter ride away—and Wayan arranged a scooter for us in minutes. The massages were fantastic and far more affordable than spa prices, and we had them poolside at home. The team quietly checked in on us throughout the day. One night during a swim, they noticed the pool filter needed attention and handled it before we even asked. Our beer was always stocked as requested, and every meal was delicious. Huge thanks to Wayan and the team—you’re all treasures.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Rossi war großartig! So großartig, dass wir sogar verlängert haben. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und privaten Gegend in der man sich erholen und abschalten kann. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön und liegt direkt an den Reisfeldern. Vorort haben wir einen Kochkurs gebucht, der sich sehr gelohnt hat und super lecker war. Auch die Rollervermietung konnten wir reibungslos über den Host machen. Direkt am ersten Tag wurden wir Herzlichen begrüßt und es wurde uns ein tolles Restaurant in der Gegend empfohlen. Herr Satria war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mit zu einem Tempel begleitet und uns Vorort alles gezeigt. Wenn man in der Villa Rossi übernachten möchte sollte wissen, dass der Weg etwas komplizierter ist und rundherum viele Insekten und Geckos sind. Allgemein würden wir den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen und definitiv jeden diesen tollen Ort ans Herzen legen! 🥰

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Bambushaus verbracht und waren sowohl vom Ausblick als auch von der Unterkunft selbst, schwer beeindruckt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Gede war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und half uns sogar dabei, unseren Aufenthalt zu planen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war extrem gut. Wir konnten jederzeit Essen bestellen und haben sogar Wäsche waschen lassen können. Diese war innerhalb von 24 Stunden gewaschen und gebügelt wieder bei uns. Wir können Sandag Hill wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the high-quality linens and pillows ensured restful nights. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch that enhanced our overall experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat in Bali.

Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einwandfrei. Der Transfer vom Flughafen und zu Aktivitäten war auch vorhanden. Die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände waren etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Durch die Nähe zum Jungen und der Straße war es teilweise etwas lauter. Supermarkt konnte man leider auch nicht zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt mit super Kommunikation und netten Leuten.

The villa is beautiful to stay in. It had a very peaceful vibe, eye catching art and beautiful balinese furnishings, in amongst the rice fields. Very clean. A perfect spot to stay at, away from the hustle and bustle of what is Ubud is now. Agustin (house manager) and housekeeping staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly. They delivered some groceries (and beer!), organise drivers and bikes for us. Communication was no problem. They made our stay there so easy! At the street address there is no sign (that we could read anyway) to know that you are there. The house is hidden at the back in the fields so you need to follow the small path down, to the right, then up the 2nd to the left. Turn left at the path T intersection at the top. Though the lovely housekeeper ended up finding us and escorted us with our bags up to the villa. I loved watching the fieldman shoo gaggles of ducks into new paddocks. Beautiful sunrises 🥰
