Our Transient House has two air-conditioned bedrooms with attach Cr in each room. We have one Cr outside the house. It has also a living and dining area ( not air conditioned). We provide linen, pillows and blanket. The cooking area is just beside the house , it is equipped with gas stove and basic kitchen utensils. Outdoor grill is also available for use. We also have a gazebo like bahay kubo style just in front of the house where you can sit and relax while waiting.

This is a perfect budget friendly accommodation for someone who is looking for a place to stay in Alaminos. The place is conveniently located near the Tourism Center for Hundred Islands. Ms. Reza was very accommodating and helpful with all our inquiries about our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Saying 'At home ka dito' doesn't fully capture how warm and accommodating the owner is. It truly feels like you're visiting a relative in the province. You're treated like part of the family, not just guests renting a place. In short, they're genuinely welcoming. Owner: Sobrang bait, responsive sa inquiries, and helpful. Even her daughters are willing to help and assist you with all the things that you need. Hands down grabe. Price: Sobrang sulit. Kahit mga estudyante ko hindi makapaniwala sa ganoon kamura ang kanilang place. Location: Along the road. Walking distance sa 7/11 at Lucap Park. May malapit na mga stores na maaring pagbilhan. I highly suggest na mamili na kayo bago magcheck-in. Pwede magluto? Yes, infairness libre sya. May Ref? Oo beshy. Masarap pa kumain sa dining table nila. Ganda ng ambiance. Place: Plakado. Maganda, Malinis, Malambot ang unan at higaan, Mabango, Lakas ng AC, at higit sa lahat kumpleto sa toiletries. Babalikan? Yes na yes! Thank you Ate Josie

The homestay was budget-friendly. While this specific unit is quite old, it still was okay. The owner's mom was transparent about possible water issues on mornings. We were told to gather water reserves at night, in case we'd have problems with the water source the following morning. They had everything we needed. There was a stock of ice; we just had to pay five pesos for each. We were able to use their kitchen, too, when we cooked dinner and bfast. The place was quite spacious. I'd definitely book this unit when I go back to Alaminos with my friends! Just one note on the staircase: my mom found the steps a bit challenging for seniors. Other than that, we really found it nice.
