On the premises there is a laid back beach resto-bar and a dive centre. Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views.

We loved staying with Izak, Joy and their family! They picked us up from the bus and we felt heartily welcomed from the first moment. The hut is beautifully located right at the beach and everything was super clean. Kitchen is well equipped and if something specific was missing they would help us out immediately. We were lucky enough to get delicious dinners cooked by Joy and in general, the whole family is absolutely happy to support where ever needed. Over all, great hosts, great place, great experience :)

The hosts are very friendly and helpful.If you have kids there is a huge yard to play in and a pool.The accommodation is like new and spotless. Has 3 split a/c units,one in each room,you will not be hot.The kitchenette was very useful and has a big fridge/freezer.The Dauin market is only a couple k's away.Handy if you have a scooter ,the hosts can help with that.Diving is nearby.

I had such a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was fine throughout our visit. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything listed. The staff were also very accommodating and helpfu. Plus, there are two adorable furbabies on the property who made the experience even more heartwarming! I also appreciated the free breakfast every morning—simple but satisfying with coffee, orange juice, and bread to start the day right. The location has nearby restaurants which is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Siquijor. Thank you for the amazing hospitality—I’d definitely love to come back!

The place itself was like a hidden gem, the house and the pool area was beautiful it seemed like a mini resort. Aside from that it was also complete with all the necessities, there are two kitchens u can use, inside the house and by the pool. Although it’s smart to get ur own groceries in advance if you want to cook. Cause you need to take the scooter to get anywhere. Steve was also helpful in our transportation and the overall accommodation. Also, u can rent a scooter nearby in a shop called U-Ride Rental Bike where Steve can drop u off. The shop’s owner is very genuine, friendly and helpful! All in all it was a great experience. All worth it!
