Holiday rentals with a patio in Taman Tun Dr Ismail

Gary and his team were so helpful and responsive to whatever questions youthrow them at. This is my second time stay with them in the last 4 months. The place is so convenient and right in the centre of everything. The amenities were good- swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna. The view from the place was amazing with petronas and KL towers at the backdrop. Everything from the check in process to check out was so easy and so well organised. I would strongly suggest Gary's place for my friends.

Really a very good place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Just one thing which I did not like is they charge RM30 for checkin. 10PM checkin is not that late.

A haven in a busy city! And can watch the busy city rushing by from above. All mod cons but homey and comfy as well. Pool and facilities are icing on the cool cake. Very detailed instructions - daunting at first but friendly and clear.

I stayed there for about 3 weeks.I am satisfied with the simple and clean interior and the great view from the 43rd floor.Also, the food at BanYan, the restaurant in front of the condo entrance, is very delicious and architecturally beautiful.I want to use it again.

I always prefer airbnb more than hotels. This stay is one of the best stay I've ever had! The interior design, the view, the accessibilities are incredible! Upon check in, they even on all airconds for us which we dont feel hot when entering the unit. The unit space is incredible spacious and comfortable! I loved it! Recommended to others! P/s: Theres a convenient store nearby with 2 min walking distance too!

Even though a large family of 9 stayed, I didn't feel like it was small at all, and I had a really spacious and pleasant stay. The accommodation was very well managed, so it was really clean, and it was as comfortable as if it were in my house. The location is especially fantastic! Kuala Lumpur's famous Jalan Alor Night Market was right nearby, so it was perfect for enjoying delicious street food every night, and the Pavilion Shopping Mall was within walking distance, so it was really convenient for shopping. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils and tableware, so it was also good for making a simple breakfast or snack. It was a big family trip, so I had to pay for food, but thanks to that, I was able to save a lot. If you're planning a family trip in Kuala Lumpur, we highly recommend this place! Everything was satisfactory, from the spacious and clean space, convenient location, to the perfect amenities. Thanks to you, I made memories of a fun family trip. Thank you to the host as well!

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

Our host was super warm, friendly, and welcoming. When the unit was ready, he texted me to let me know I could check in early as it was cleaned and ready. He was also flexible with the check out time, letting us check out an hour later even though he had guests coming in on the same day. Really really appreciate the early check in and late check out. My group had a comfortable and cozy time at the unit, it was clean and organised, enough space for the 9 of us. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again!

An excellent place to stay in KL! This unit is perfect for anyone traveling to Kuala Lumpur, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Sunway Pyramid or Sunway Lagoon. The location is super convenient, and the unit itself is very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Not only did we (the adults) enjoy our stay, but our kids had a fantastic time too! It’s definitely a place we would return to on our next trip to KL. Highly recommended!

Steven was an excellent communicator. The view was wonderful to watch the sunrise as well as the city lights at night.

Very good stay with hosts who are welcoming and available. The accommodation is as in the photos with a very nice view.

Overall, had an excellent stay. The apartment offers fantastic value, a superb location, and the host was very responsive to inquiries. However, the check-in process, particularly coordinating airport arrival and key pickup, could be improved to minimize wait times for guests.
