Sapphire’s home is absolutely beautiful! It is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. More importantly, Sapphire was an amazing host…super responsive, warm, and incredibly accommodating to all my requests. Her hospitality made the stay even more special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to return in the future!

all in all, it was an enjoyable stay! the place looked exactly like the pictures and the entertainment in the apartment occupied us so well, didn’t expect to play the arcade game or karaoke for a log. time but we did! location was easy to find and instructions given to check in as well as how to use the appliances were easily understood with the pictures/videos sent. would definitely come back again!

Clean and cosy place for a short stay! The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances, as shown in the pictures! Gym is well equipped, pool looks clean! Brian is very responsive, quick to reply to my queries during the stay! Overall it's a very comfortable stay!

The accom is clean, except that there is a sewage smell in the bathroom. This doesnt affect us too much though since there is ventilation fan. The location is def good as its the only apartment within mt austin. You have almost everything within walking distance eg. massage, food, ktv etc. Fuss-free check-in and out! Most grab drivers dont know where is the pickup point, so it is best to identify some landmarks and inform the driver.

The space is great for 2 families and located at a good location! Food places are less than 5min drive away.

location was convenient and the place was exactly as shown in the pics. host was also v prompt in answering when i asked where the extra blanket for the sofa bed was! definitely will book again

Great location connected to ksl mall with shops and food around. well furnished and great projector, used it for listening to music and watching shows on YouTube. unfortunately the remote control for projector didn't work well and we had to press directly on the projector. lifts rather old and rickety. and lifts were slow because each lift is separately controlled with their own buttons so it was inefficient, but didn't have to wait too long anyway. Aircon was okay temperature but blanket was too thick to use in that temp.

This was our 2nd stay and this time was also great stay . Thanks Elson for your fabulous hospitality! Ps: you might consider to keep few kitchen utensils and storage containers. Also daily cleaning for long stayers .

Great location! The floor the unit is on was super convenient, with access to the pool, gym, and a sky bridge that connects the residential tower directly to the mall. It's also just a 5-min drive or 15-min walk to JB Sentral, which made crossing to Singapore super convenient. There's even another sky bridge from the station to the mall where the unit is located in—no need to go to street level. The crossing itself is a bit of a trek (2–3 hours depending on the time), especially returning to Malaysia due to visa checks—even with a US passport, I got stopped each time. Not the Airbnb's fault, just something to be aware of if you're planning multiple crossings. That said, the unit was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

One of the cleanest airbnb i ever stayed!

Zoe's place was definitely one of the cleanest airbnb's I've stayed in JB. Check-in was fuss free and instructions were easy to follow. Everything provided worked well and rooms were comfortable for 3-4pax. Location was very near the checkpoint, probably walkable to citysquare if you are familiar with the roads but we mostly chose to grab.
