Holiday rentals with a patio in Taman Desa

Friendly host. Unit is clean. Bonus point that their unit attached with individual toilets (3 bedrooms), it is better than my previous stayed in another block unit. Balcony is clean. My 2nd time staying in the area. Few choice of eatery places, coin laundry shop, mini mart, pharmacy and there's a massage place too (walkable distance about 3-10min) Overall, its a pleasant stay and recommend others to stay at their unit.

Definitely the best apartment that we have stayed by far. Love the design, very spacious and most importantly very clean. Will definitely be back here again!

Really a very good place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Just one thing which I did not like is they charge RM30 for checkin. 10PM checkin is not that late.

A haven in a busy city! And can watch the busy city rushing by from above. All mod cons but homey and comfy as well. Pool and facilities are icing on the cool cake. Very detailed instructions - daunting at first but friendly and clear.

Even though a large family of 9 stayed, I didn't feel like it was small at all, and I had a really spacious and pleasant stay. The accommodation was very well managed, so it was really clean, and it was as comfortable as if it were in my house. The location is especially fantastic! Kuala Lumpur's famous Jalan Alor Night Market was right nearby, so it was perfect for enjoying delicious street food every night, and the Pavilion Shopping Mall was within walking distance, so it was really convenient for shopping. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils and tableware, so it was also good for making a simple breakfast or snack. It was a big family trip, so I had to pay for food, but thanks to that, I was able to save a lot. If you're planning a family trip in Kuala Lumpur, we highly recommend this place! Everything was satisfactory, from the spacious and clean space, convenient location, to the perfect amenities. Thanks to you, I made memories of a fun family trip. Thank you to the host as well!

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

I have stay at sin mey place last weekend. It was true to what they advertise, good location and very helpful owner. Definitely worth my money!

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

Extremely comfortable place to stay with a large group of people.

The host - hats off the best one Ive ever experienced. Through some minor inconveniences, I still with no doubt think we all had a blast as we rarely find a big comfortable home that can fit all our family for staycations. The kitchen is amazing - has almost everything we need. The living room - also spectacular that we can all cozy up and watch movies together, pray together. Long story short - felt immediately like home 😍

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

An excellent place to stay in KL! This unit is perfect for anyone traveling to Kuala Lumpur, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Sunway Pyramid or Sunway Lagoon. The location is super convenient, and the unit itself is very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Not only did we (the adults) enjoy our stay, but our kids had a fantastic time too! It’s definitely a place we would return to on our next trip to KL. Highly recommended!

Great place with convenient shops around

Stayed here for 3 months and it was a great stay. You’re a bit outside of the city center at this rental, but it’s a very quick Grab ride to get downtown. The building is modern and clean. Not too much going on around the area - there are about 7 or 8 restaurants downstairs, a grocery store, and two convenience stores on the block which was nice. Other than that, you will probably take a cab elsewhere. The apartment itself is great. Extremely comfortable and clean. We had only a couple of issues arise across 3 months, and they were swiftly resolved by the hosts, who are extremely responsive. We’d stay again.

Unit is clean, comfortable stay, convenience with eateries nearby and sundry is at down stairs only. Helpful, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended.

V clean unit , looked same as the pictures, had a balcony with a great view of the twin towers. perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. The unit also had a washer /dryer so it was very convienient, detergent also provided . Sonia was a highly responsive host. Thank you

The price was a bit pricey but it’s worth it was a successful event ..

Good location, close to Bukit bintang with many convenience stores and restaurants around the neighbourhood. Just beside Mercure hotel with a spa opened till late. Good security and easy pick up/drop off point. Only downside is the lack of space to store luggages after checkout and bathroom environment can be improved. Value for money.
