good location, check in was easy and smooth. Place was generally clean, bright. Good amenities provided as well. Will recommend!

like this unit with nice cooling balconey facing the pool. everything was clean and neat. appreciate the glass partition in the toilet to prevent water splashing everywhere.

Good for short stay at high floor but waiting lift may take some time

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

Clean and convenient place. The famous Verbena Bakery is just around the corner. I had a great sleep. The noise from the road can only be heard at the toilet. The bed is faraway from the toilet and facing the small lake. If really want to pick some cons from the room is there weren’t any instructions in the room on how to use the projector and the parking space is a bit small. I will stay there again if I’m going to JB again.

Beautiful place as described. a lot of thoughts put into the place as Def provided whatever that you may need on top of what u usually get from an airbnb, we were surprised by the charging cables, single use towels that was very good for my kids when they went for their swim. there was even sanitary pads, pantyliners for ladies., as well as sewing kit! We felt right at gone. Last but mot least, Def was super prompt in his replies. When I asked him if there's a wine opener at home. he said no & immediately offer to deliver one to me. Truly nice touch!

The location is really nice 💯 it's in the heart of Austin heights. but the building it's really really old and need maintenance on it. host are very helpful and fast respond on everything.

Clean and cozy place that really felt like home 🩷 I loved the mix of yellow and white lighting — very warm and comfy. The bed was soft but supportive, and there were extra pillows and a mattress in the cupboard, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped for simple cooking, perfect for a family trip. The fridge was large and cold enough, and the balcony was convenient for smokers. Great stay overall — I’d happily come back and recommend it to friends visiting Johor.

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy 1-bedroom unit. The space is well-furnished and thoughtfully laid out, making it very comfortable. The view from the higher floor was fantastic, really added to the relaxed, peaceful vibe of the place. Location-wise, it’s perfect for us, just a stone’s throw from Paradigm Mall, which made shopping incredibly convenient. The building itself offers nice amenities, including a pool, a small playground, and a tiny gym. Security was friendly and helpful, and everything felt safe and well-managed throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the TV remote, which could be more user-friendly. But overall, a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

Very helpful host. And clear directions on how to check in, how to get into the complex. Photos were exactly how the place looks like and it’s very relaxing and comfortable to stay in.

host was really friendly, helpful and fast in their replies. the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. the place was clean and looked like the photos - really appreciate that the water filter was provided and the beds were firm and not springy. one suggestion is to put hand soap at the kitchen and bathrooms. very worth the price paid, highly recommended! :)

We booked this place really last minute and we’re glad that Sylvia could accommodate. The communication was very clear with step by step guide on how to check in and get to the place. Once we reach the apartment, we were blown away by how cosy and clean the apartment was. it was really cosy that we felt just like home. Everything was clean and even though it was like a studio apartment, it had more than enough space for 4 pax. We had only 2 pax and the space felt really comfortable. Overall good experience, Sylvia is also very responsive and makes you feel safe and assured. If you’re driving, the location is accessible to a lot of places. If i had to list a cons, the only cons would be that the toilet window is at the corridor, however that is not an issue as you can always just close it. And the place is really safe and secure that residents would probably not bother. Do give this place a shot, i will highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable, easily accessible to KSL, quiet environment. The bed is a good medium to firm mattress that I like. The bathroom is very clean. Iron and ironing board provided, as well as towels, hairdryer. I’m happy to stay here again.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

The place was very clean and tidy. Mr Lee was very helpful and friendly. He helped make our check in and check out very easy. Our stay was memorable.

nice place with swimming pool

Cartoon’s house is clean, very near to Sutera Mall with a 10 minutes drive or grab. All the bedrooms come with attached toilet just that no mirrors in the room except toilet’s mirror. Dry n wet pantry area. Host is nice to provide house slippers & disposable toothbrushes. Host is fast to response n fast to get staff down to repair karaoke system as speakers n mics not working. The only cons we faced were all the grab booked need to register for QR code at the entrance point even just for pick up & drop off so it’s very troublesome but host is very responsive to create code immediately. If self drive then such issues don’t really caused a problem
