Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Set amongst 80 acres of Tallong's last remaining working fruit orchard is Homeley Homestead, a lovingly restored 3 bedroom cottage, with clawfoot bath overlooking the cherry trees, fireplace in the lounge room & a large country kitchen with a full pantry to cook your own breakfast in the morning! Surrounded by small farms experience the peace of the countryside while still being only a short drive to the popular towns and destinations of the Southern Highlands. This tranquil area is especially quiet at night when guests can enjoy the deck, firepit and outdoor bath while gazing at the stars above

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Self contained Studio that is in the barn stable. Spend the night next to the horses! The studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and free wifi . Perfect escape from Sydney or Canberra for couples or just yourself . Explore Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. We are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Bundanoon village. The studio is located on 96 acres so you can take a wander on the property and see cattle horses chooks or wild life . One pet allowed. Pet fee is $50 .

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
