Holiday rentals with lake access in Talloires

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. Lovely neighbourhood and apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the local market with fresh produce next door, and that the apartment was within walking distance to the lake. Gregory was very attentive and hospitable. I received a call before our check-in to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

Beautiful central location and easy to walk to everything. Easy to walk to from train as well. We loved the views out the windows. If it’s hot out and windows are open it’s a bit noisy from city but we loved it.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and in a superb location. Richard is super helpful, quick to respond and gives you all the information needed for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, the supermarket in front... Very quiet and very clean! The garden is a real plus! Thanks again for Christian's hospitality, who gave us a lot of advice on what was around and was very warm!

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay at James's. The house is very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Beds are very comfortable. The garden is great, with deck chairs, shade and beautiful plants. On the other side of the house is a terrace. When it is very hot outside, it remains pleasantly cool in the house. The area is very quiet and good to relax. There are direct possibilities for hiking. To swim at the lake you drive about 15 min. James and his wife are great hosts. We felt right at home. Thank you for the wonderful time.

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – furnished with love, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

very welcoming accommodation, very well kept, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. inside and outside at the top. we spent a weekend with the children and small children (9) to water my retirement. young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and its location by the water. thank you
