Ilya's apartment is ideally located between the ferry terminal and old town, both about 10-15 minutes walk away. The apartment is very bright and clean, with trendy shops and cafes and restaurants just downstair. The keyless entry is very convenient, there is also a luggage storage room should you need to leave your bags before or after check out. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again when visiting Tallinn in the future.

Nice place to stay. This is not the first time I'm booking this apartment. However, the last time I stayed there was a little noise outside, so if you're nervous person, please be ready for that.

Perfect location- in the Old Town but quiet for sleeping. Spacious and clean, with super comfy bed and sofa. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were super responsive and clear with instructions. Highly recommend it.

Professionally managed apartment with brand new everything. I honestly don’t think a privately rented place can compete in any way with this. The split on Airbnb is growing by the day. Well, we were one of the first guests, so what I wrote might very well be irrelevant to the future traveller. But since I saw it, I should write it - it was flawless.

We absolutely loved staying at Deniss' flat for our two-week holiday. It was airy and spacious, spotlessly clean and only a short walk away from the seaside promenade and the centre of town. Our children loved the outside play area too. Deniss is a great host and I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer, but definitely hope to come again. The apartment fully matched the pictures and description - it was even bigger than we expected. The apartment was really cozy and in a clean condition. We will definitely come here again!

Very flexible check-in and clear instructions. Convenient car parking under the house. Two small minuses - the given sofa bed is quite hard and the balcony is right next to the stadium. The sound insulation of the windows was very good, but if you want to let fresh air into the room and there happens to be a game at the stadium at the same time, the noise that comes in is insane.

Great price and location. The shopping mall is in 4min walk. The property is cleaned regularly and has everything you need for a long stay (I personally stayed for a month). Will come again next time I am in Tallinn

Aleksandr is a good host. I felt like staying at home. The kitchen amenities, bathroom & toilet are pretty clean and the bus stop is just within 2 minutes walking distance. The nearest shopping malls are situated nearby (T1 & Ulemiste centre.).

Very good value. Quiet place 10 minutes by bus from the center with a stop very close or 25 minutes taking a walk through beautiful Tallinn. All the amenities at a competitive price, it has a dryer, washing machine and iron.
