Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tallapoosa County

The house was very nice! The view leaves alot to be desired, all you can see is an old marina. The dock is nice. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The host was friendly and responsive.

We came for a late Mother’s Day trip and it was wonderful. The place is absolutely beautiful on the inside and outside. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely beautifully decorated! It is in a peaceful location and less than 15 min away from Russell Crossroads. The beds were dreamy and it was impeccably clean. Would be fun for three couples (one would have to take the bunk room), or a family with responsible kids. Would recommend but probably wouldn't take small children there as I would be afraid they would mess something up! I also wish that the fireplaces were working (they might have been but they didn't look used and we didn't ask!) as we rented in December and it would have been cozy to build a fire. Overall great stay and very romantic and cozy in winter.

This is the second year we have stayed in Susan’s home & absolutely love the home & location. Great views & close to everything. We felt right at home & a great place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so charming and homey. Loved the bright, airy feeling! From the initial inquiry to the booking to the planning all the way until check out, the host was very responsive to my questions. Within 10 minutes I always received an answer. The house far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for or family gathering. 5⭐️!!!

Our family stayed in this wonderful home for the Auburn graduation weekend. It's only a 35 minute drive to Auburn, but well worth the drive. The home was big enough to accommodate our large family. The highlight for us was the outdoor area. The outdoor bar/kitchen is covered, so we were able to use it even though it rained most of the weekend. The fire pit is fabulous too. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

Perfect place for a family!!! You can view the pool and the lake beach from the balcony. The marina is very close (4 mins) and boat slips right outside if you’re bringing a boat. Also, a boat service (paid) to help Dad get to/from if mom has the kids. But, you don’t need a boat to have fun here! The pool and the lake with the little beach is just perfect. There are grills and an outside entertainment space if you don’t want to fight restaurant crowds. Also- everyone (including the host) in the area was extremely nice and helpful! That is not always the case in residential areas with airbnbs. I would absolutely recommend this for a family getaway!

My family and I loved our stay at Lake Martin. Brian was extremely helpful and stayed in constant communication to answer any questions. The condo was in excellent condition and was beautifully decorated. The views were fantastic. The neighbors were all very friendly. One gentleman was so nice to let my son feed the turtles and fish (It made his day).

The location in Stillwater was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were enjoying a cozy night in or heading out to explore, it was the ideal home base. Blake was an exceptional host: communicative, friendly, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. Every detail—from the comfortable beds and quality linens to the charming outdoor area—was so well thought out. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this one ranks at the top. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stillwater—you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Blake, for an unforgettable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

A very nice, comfortable and quiet escape from the busyness of graduation weekend. We were there to help move my son out of his freshman dorm and into a new apartment and even though Lake Martin is 40 mins from Auburn, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere made it a super place to stay. Minor things like a couple of Kurig pods for when you first get there and perhaps a couple more bath towels would have been welcome. Overall highly recommended for a condo on Lake Martin
