The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . By far my best airbnb experience. Hosts are very responsive and honors guest requests. The place offers so much quality of life improvements and bonuses that it almost feels like a shame to leave the house to do outside activities. 😅 Perfect for those going for a workation since they provide an extra monitor. All necessities are complete and provided. This place is a a love letter to homebodies with all the bonus amenities that the place has to offer. 10/10 would recommended.

The owner of the house did welcome us warmly and gave clear instructions. The location is good, the house is clean and all we needed for our stay are there. The owner promptly provided some things that we asked for, like extra electric fans. There are a lot of extra towels & blankets, more than enough plates and utensils. We were able to cook and eat well. So all in all, our stay was great and we enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!
