Let's start with my one and only con: There is something with the building's plumbing that causes there to be a pungent smell in the home when left with no air circulation. This created some rather unpleasant welcomings into the home, but luckily the smell quickly goes away with the aircon turned on. I don't think this is Kevin's fault, but would like to just leave a warning. Aside from that one thing, the place was perfect. Gated community with 24/7 security, malls and restaurants within easy (walkable) access, the condominium staff were very accommodating, and pool access to unwind. Kevin himself was extremely proactive and gave us extremely clear instructions on check in/out procedures, handling trash, and various features of the home. He even gaves us tons of suggestions for places to visit/eat, tips on saving money for transportation, and was ready to answer any questions we needed. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Overall, our stay was good. Place is clean. Host is very responsive.

This was our second stay, and it’s clear why we keep coming back. The space is spotless and peaceful, but it’s Philip’s thoughtful hospitality that really stands out. Every detail is carefully considered with warmth and care. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to truly relax and feel at home 🥰

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you need to get around IT Park — it’s conveniently located, with plenty of food options nearby and it’s easy to book a Grab from here. The unit itself is clean, smells fresh, and has fast Wi-Fi. While the air conditioning in the bedroom isn’t as cold as expected, especially compared to the living room, it’s not a major issue. The unit is an end unit, so you get a nice view outside as well. They also provide basic essentials like a toothbrush, a packet of coffee, and a towel, which is a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended! !

place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. My fiancée and I had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s unit. The communication with the host was smooth and the check-in process hassle-free. The interior was clean and comfortable and the location was also perfect for our purposes with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning there in the future.

I would absolutely stay here agian. They are great about responding to messages. The book they left tells you everything you could ever need to know. There was a washer and even a oven! Its the 1st oven I have seen in Cebu! I had no problems with bugs and the rental was clean. I will be back. . Also the little restaurant across the street has the best Sisig and pork BBQ I have eaten at a restaurant. My Filipa Wife's Momma is the #1 but who can compete with Momma!

Location and quality is worth the price

The condo unit was very comfortable to stay, Host was very accomodating, She left something in the fridge for us and it was delicious ,my kids really liked it.. this place is highly recommended to other travellers who need a place to stay. A family of 4 to 6 no problem, the place is spacious..Host is kind and personally greeted us when we arrived...Thank you so much...

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Exception service from WY! The room was very spacious and clean ( except for some mold in kitchen cabinets). Fresh duvet and big clean fluffy towels. The host is super responsive. Views are great. The furniture was comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the washer , and it was resolved within an hour. Lots of food options , Robinson & 711. WY ‘s standard is exceptional so we book a different room after this booking was complete. Very accommodating!!! Tennis court was available and in decent condition. Great branding one we can trust for future visits. Thank you

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
