Apartment holiday rentals in Talisay

I reserved a 1N stay for my birthday, with my son and we had fun. Overlooking the Taal Lake, clean unit, Vanilla scented room, clean beddings, spacious sofa, PS4 and Alexa Google Assist are the perks. What was remarkable is that they waited for us, we checked-in past 5 PM. I would recommend this airbnb especially to those who are commuters, this is along the highway, you can hop off the bus just right in front of SMDC Wind Residences. Jeepneys and tricycle rides are always available too. Thanks again for letting us to stay in your airbnb. ❤️

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

Poncia was a responsive host. She answered all our questions before check in promptly. Check in was smooth and we are happy that Poncia granted us with a late check out. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in Poncia’s house.

My partner and I arrived late for check-in since we were coming from Manila Airport, but the caretaker was patient enough to wait for us and even escorted us to our Airbnb unit. She provided all the information we needed about the unit. As for the room, it was very clean and nice—perfect for a couple like us. The unit was comfortable and cozy. Although we had to leave early the following day, the host was very accommodating, even when we called early in the morning for check-out instructions. We're grateful to both the host and the caretaker, and we will definitely consider this unit again.

We booked it for a birthday staycation to relax the pregnant woman and the senior citizens in my family. It was indeed a relaxing getaway from our busy and hustle life in the city. The host was so accomodating and very responsive, also she is very initiative to communicate whatever we are need of something or not. The host even reimbursed the pool use in which I paid for two even though it was my fault for not reading too well that the host already posted in the page. Our stay was indeed a relaxing one. Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. We have checked in quite a few times over the years at Crosswinds and Melai’s place is definitelt one of my top three! Situated on the ground floor, it’s easy to haul in your luggage and makes checking in with kids and pets so much easier! Only issue we had is that there was an internet outage when we checked in and there is NO available mobile signal inside the unit. NONE for all 3 we have - Globe, Smart and GOMO and also na backup internet. So if you are particular with that, just be aware because internet outage is out of the control of the host’s nor Crosswinds. Other than that we had a stress free stay!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The place was super clean, in a peaceful and beautiful area. I got to do everything I wanted–walk, hike, and just enjoy nature. The vibe was perfect. Big TV, fast Wi-Fi, comfy space, and the host was really responsive too. I’m so happy I picked this Airbnb. Loved everything about it.

Very easy check in and check out. By the time we arrived in the building, the guard already new our info and had the keys ready. We are 8 in the group (7 adults, 1 kid) - they have fast wifi, spacious beds, extra mattresses, towels for each guests, toiletries, kitchen utensils. And of course, an AMAZING view!! No need to send questions to the owner since she gave us very thorough instructions days before our check in. Will definitely consider staying here again once we are back in the Philippines ❤️❤️❤️

More than what we expected! Everything was clean, convenient, comfortable— from the unit to the condo complex. WiFi was fast, TV had ready streaming, parking was easy. Host and caretaker also very easy to coordinate with and super helpful. Will be staying here everytime we spend the weekend to play golf!
