Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Talisay

With its Spanish/Filipino/Dutch colonial architecture I can’t help but ruminate the time back in the 17th century when galleon ships can still enter what was then a salty Taal Lake. The place offers a panoramic view of Taal Volcano and the Tagaytay ridge, truly a magical, mystical, and charming place. I would recommend to get a copy and read ‘The Mysteries of Taal: A Philippine Volcano and Lake, Her Sea Life and Lost Towns by Thomas Hargrove’ while lounging in the garden of this farmhouse.

We went to Lemery without expectations, but upon arriving at Joyce’s place it is like going back to time...to year 1870’s in particular. Her place kept the authenticity of the time. It is well-kept and charming. The town also had surprises which was great because my family really had a wonderful time.

It was one of our best staycations last year! Hopefully, we'll get to stay here again this year for a much longer time, together with our Lolas. The cottage was very homey, the design is very similar to old Spanish houses and the house looks authentic, neat and clean. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, they would always greet you with a smile. For anyone who wants to unwind and relax, do a socmed detox and stay here for a couple of days, I would recommend at least a 3-day stay. Oh, and try to avail of their spa and massage services! One of the best 💯 It will really cost you to stay here but it's definitely worth it. Thank you, Sonya's Garden! ❣️

The place is literally a breath of fresh air. The weather during our stay was perfect. Their steak was fabulous. Just a note, your favorite pet's stay comes with a fee (800/day) not mentioned on Airbnb.

Our stay has been great. Ma'am Yolanda was very responsive and the caretaker, Kuya Rene, was very friendly. The location was great for us as the venues for the event we were attending are just nearby. The location was quiet and peaceful. The free breakfast was a plus!

Nice place to get a quick R&R. Food was good although a bit pricey. There's already a complimentary breakfast included in the booking. We had no issues other than finding the actual place. Tip: Search "Lotuspod" directly instead of using the Waze/Google Map link in booking. Otherwise you'll be routed into a private farm. Haha.

Ataalaya B&B was absolutely lovely; a relaxing and beautiful home away from home. I loved the combination of Spanish colonial and Philippine native decor, plus the breathtaking view of the lake. Our room was comfortable and there were a number of living spaces where we could lounge around. Hosts, Patty and Mike, were friendly and way too kind. Ate Neng was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The breakfast she prepared was simply unforgettable! I would not mind coming back another time and would certainly recommend this to family and friends.

The most generous and personable hosts. The farm is their home, and they generously share it with guests taking “mi casa es su casa” quite literally. We stayed with our toddler, Doberman, and driver. We occupied both guest houses and really enjoyed the retreat into nature. Tagaytay weather was incredible, and if it got a little hot during the afternoon a strong working AC in the rooms was a quick solution. The WiFi connection was great, and we enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube during the times our toddler needed a little break from all the farm action. The accommodations themselves didn’t have en-suite bathrooms but they were just a few steps away and we were given our own private bathrooms where we were able to keep our things. They were extremely clean and spotless, and shower tiles were toddler safe. Food was delicious and fresh, and they offered a relaxing massage service. Be sure to ask about their healthy products that they sell- we came home with a few! 10 star stay!

Beautiful and amazing views of Taal. Staff was lovely and very helpful l, I definitely recommend staying at this property especially for the view and for a nice escape from the digital world... Very peaceful and relaxing, will definitely stay here again, with my family for my next visit in Tagaytay. Thank you to all the staff for being such wonderful people ❤️

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this Airbnb! The place is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. The room was exactly as shown, and I truly loved the artistic touches and thoughtful design throughout the space. The sounds of nature and animals outside added to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything about our stay was perfect. Kuya Dolf was incredibly helpful and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. The food was also delicious and their chocolate cocoa was especially amazing! Highly recommended. We would definitely love to come back!

Zen place to celebrate new year. (Esp with anxious dogs and elderly) Good for those who crave peace and quiet. Fresh air, calm ambiance, cold cold weather (bring jacket and extra blanket) The only thing is there is a draft by the door, so the cold air will crawl to your feet and bite you while you sleep so bring socks =)

I recently stayed at this bnb, and it was a great experience. The cozy atmosphere, personalized attention from the hosts, friendly dogs, and thoughtfully lighted pathways created a warm ambiance. The place is really comfortable! Hosts are really kind and cater well to your needs. Getting to the house is a bit of a challenge as the drive way is steep and narrow but the place itself is great! Totally worth it. ☺️

Camp Yambo made our quick weekend Wedding Anniversary a memorable and enjoyable one. The place is perfect if you want a stress-free environment. The staff, especially Ms. Obi ( if I spelled it right😅), is very accomodating. My daughter enjoyed the amenities,, especially the pool. What makes it worth trying it again is the food and drinks, especially their coffee☕ 😋. We'll definitely go back and recommend it to others who want to have accomodation near Yambo Lake.

Exemplary yet bitin. My family and I experienced a trip like no other. Surrounded by nature, we were able to pause and reflect, and enjoy moments that we will remember for a long time. The host and his family were very hospitable. The meals they served us were both healthy and scrumptious, and definitely made with love. The herbal teas and organic treats they offered helped me regain strength and focus. Our kids easily bonded with theirs through games and activities - board games, music, pets, etc. Fun fun fun! We can't wait to come back. We will bring our in laws along next time! By then, I know the natural swimming pool would have been completed and we will have even more fun times (maybe over barbeque and a bonfire!). I've also made a mental note about Hardin being perfect for intimate workshops and learning sessions. (their parking lot alone can easily accommodate 30 cars) Marco, Maraming Salamat! sa uulitin!
