The apartment is part of our house build in 1887. Grayan-et-l’Hôpital is a little village only 3,5 km from the Atlantic Sea with its stunning beaches. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

We offer an oenological getaway in the land of the wine castles of the Canon Fronsac called also Bordeaux Tuscany. Peace and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, accompanied by a magnificent view of the vines. The place has all the comforts as well as air conditioning! Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Shopping is usually done in Soulac-sur-Mer, 10 minutes by car, where you will find the Carrefour and Lidl brands as well as Leclerc in Verdon-sur-Mer.

The single-story house is located in a quiet area and has an area of 90 m2, including 3 bedrooms, a bathroom + separate toilet, a kitchen open to a large living room and a garage. It is built on a plot of about 1200 m2. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi + TV. Baby equipment available on request (bed, bathtub, high chair...) 4 bikes are also available on site.
