This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

Great location, very quiet only some animals in the distance. Extremely good communication with the hosts, very professional and we always received replies super fast, even in the evening and on weekends! The place is a bit high up on a "mountain" so it was a bit colder than down at the cost when we where there in March/April, just be aware of that. Heating up the jacuzzi is totally worth it and overall great experience!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Villa Anna and we definitely recommend it! It felt just like visiting our grandparents’ house in the village, combined with a touch of modernism. The beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: while the listing offers a two-bedroom house, only one bedroom is available for use. If you’re not a couple, it's best to inform the owner in advance. Overall, a lovely experience!

This villa was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of options around. We have 4 children age 6 and under and the villa felt safe for them and had everything that we needed. I didn’t feel that the villa was as clean in general as it could have been, however this was a small issue in an otherwise wonderful holiday. I would happily stay here again.

Mila was very friendly upon arrival, even though we arrived late due to flight delays. She warmly welcomed us, gave a full tour, and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond from the start. That night, we relaxed by the atmospheric, well-lit pool, which was always warmed by the sun! Throughout our stay, Mila consistently fulfilled our requests, brought us fresh fruit from her tree, bedding, car rental info- without hesitation. We spent a lot of time in the shared garden and always felt comfortable. The pool was perfect in the Cyprus heat, and Mila kindly allowed us to smoke by it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and essentials like soap, toiletries, and coffee were provided. The AC was new and effective, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stunning. Mila is a gracious, helpful host with beautiful artwork around her property. We highly recommend staying here—close to the sea, peaceful, and welcoming. We will definitely visit Paphos and stay at Mila’s place again.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

Anna Marie’s place was in a great location to the beach as well as most local sites. Easy walking to ruins and the beach. Location was quiet and had a nice swimming pool.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

Mathias is a wonderful host and the villa is fantastic. It's been done beautifully and we found it really peaceful and secluded. We ended up sending more time than we anticipated at the Villa by the pool as we loved it so much. Mathias was a great host, always around to answer questions and give recommendations. We would recommend him and his villa to anyone considering going to Cyprus.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus! James and Maggie were very welcoming and helpful. They invited us to have a drink with them one night, which was very nice. When we arrived, there were some groceries and fresh fruit waiting for us - we could also take some apricots from the tree in front of the accomondation. The tavern close by is also very nice if you're not a vegetarian; we recommend to take the car (5 minutes) - after the whole meze menu you won't be able to walk up again 😉 The pool was also nice to have and very clean at all times. Thank you for having us!

We spent 4 weeks at this lovely Penthouse apartment. The pictures don’t really do the stunning views down to the sea from Paphos to Coral Bay justice. The wrap round balcony means that you get sun from sunrise to sunset but of course still leaves some shaded area’s for eating and drinks. The sunsets are just stunning! Being up on the hillside does however necessitate a car. The apartment is well appointed with lots of little touches, lots of books and games and a tv with all the stations that you would want. A number of the cupboards have been sealed off for the owners personal belongings which we did find a bit restrictive in the kitchen. The village has a beautifully revamped centre with water jet features surrounded by some nice little tavernas and a few lovely restaurants all within walking distance. The pool and grounds a very well maintained and are tended to most days. We loved our time at Tala Penthouse and would definitely look at returning.

What a great place to stay for few nights! Big terrace made it worth 100%, beautiful sunset makes this place special. Swimming was very nice, however the water was quite cold. What I would suggest is to book restaurant beforehand, otherwise you might have trouble to find good one.

We loved our stay, apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Pool was fantastic with dedicated sun beds and peaceful atmosphere. Location was great with lots to do, 5 minute walk to the beach and reasonably priced attractions. Natalia was very responsive and helpful with our queries, although we didnt have many as the place was so good. Would recommend to anybody thinking of staying in Paphos and I would 100% stay here again.

Great house with a lovely pool, just perfect. Galatia very friendly, not intrusive but very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely holiday, would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

This was definitely one of the best places I stayed at in all the years I have been coming to Cyprus for the winter. It's large, clean, conveniently enough located (if you are driving) and well-equipped. The terrace outside with the table and the tanning beds is a real gem. Special thanks to Aimee, the local property manager, who went above and beyond to help us out when we needed help. Five stars all around!

We had a fabulous time at Gracienne’s house. It was in a great location close to Tala main square and walking distance to supermarket and bakery. We also visited the lovely beaches and Paphos harbour for which you need to have a car. Gracienne was a great host always responsive to our questions. We will definitely return in the future.
