Please feel free to wash your car. The room also has a view that changes depending on the season. You can enjoy a BBQ in the yard. We also rent BBQ sets (for a fee). This is a rental of an entire house. The displayed price is for up to 2 people per building. The maximum capacity is 4 people, so please enter the number of guests before making a reservation. Check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We will greet you in person, so please let us know your approximate time of arrival. Parking is available at the entrance to the property. There is also a cafe on site where you can eat the host's specialty tacos (from ¥1,200 per person). Please let us know in advance if you need it. You can also use the barbecue corner in the facility (facility usage fee ¥3,000 or more, please bring only materials and seasonings). There is a restaurant nearby, but it closes around 5 pm to 6 pm, so if you're going to be late, we recommend that you eat dinner beforehand.

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.
