A dazzling apartment in a mountainous area and a wonderful view because I love heights, I liked it a lot The owners of the property do not understand two sentences, but more (sophisticated treatment and hospitality (apple juice, cakes, chips and mojito) and most importantly, a smile and a permanent welcome) The whole apartment is clean and has a full kitchen There is no elevator, but this is normal in the area There are two roads to the apartment, one is difficult and the other is difficult, as the owner of the property pointed out and explained everything I needed to reach, but I did not understand that at first and I took the difficult road, but it was very beautiful despite its difficulty and the place is worth this difficulty In general, book it and you are reassured, but you must be an experienced driver, one car and one car only, and a little winding Close to the property, a village with everything and the beautiful city of Mirano, and I will definitely return to it and I hope to return to it again on a cloudy day

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Absolutely fanatic stay at Margarethe’s place , a modern yet traditional alpine apartment. Felt like home. Very comfortable stay. Good parking place and clear instructions for self check in . Our children enjoyed the relaxed homely environment. Thank you also for the local tips , lots of handy maps and information to enjoy with kids. The balcony was a nice place to relax after a day long hike. Kitchen was also well equipped and we used it to cook a warm meal for evenings. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting the majestic Dolomites. we would love to come back again when we visit the region.

We had a wonderful stay! Nadia was a great host – very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos: Very clean, high-quality furnishings and with a sunny terrace where we could relax wonderfully. The location is great – beautiful view and quiet. Some beautiful hiking trails lead directly from the accommodation into the surrounding area, ideal for nature lovers and dog owners. Especially charming: Nadia's mom runs the Pyramidencafé on the ground floor with delicious, homemade specialties. We were four adults, two small children and a dog – and felt completely comfortable. Thank you for everything – we'd love to come back!

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

From start to finish, the communication with Alex was great. Short, fast paths at eye level. Alex is trying very hard to make things work out well. The house is highly recommended. Everything you need is available or easily and quickly accessible. We also loved the architecture of the house. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful time.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and cozy places we stayed at during our entire trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a bit of trouble finding the property, but they kindly met us in person and guided us with clear instructions, which immediately set the tone for how warm and attentive they are. Every detail of the stay was thoughtfully curated, from the spotless rooms to the incredible hospitality. Each morning, they prepared a fresh homemade breakfast for us before our hikes, which made the experience even more special. It felt like staying with family in the best way possible. This stay was truly one of a kind, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille for such a memorable and heartwarming experience!
